Great pool, close to beach
The washing machines weren’t clean
4.5
It’s a fairly large tourist park with the facilities you would expect.
No complaints
3.5
Location, nice rooms
11 night stay and the rooms were not cleaned at all during that period, one linen change
4.0
staff at reception were lovely, the coffee van at the park was convenient and good coffee. The park was close to town which was great. the gardens were well maintained and tidy.
The sink was marked/dirty and bedside tables were dirty with spilt drink marks, also long strands of hair on couch and floor.
We stayed in 1 of 4 cabins which are quite close and compact to each other , there were 3 workers in the other 3 cabins who played loud music each day for hours when they got home, being so close it was impossible to escape. The staff who cleaned the room also played loud music while cleaning, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.

location
very small cabin for 3 adults

Our 1 bedroom cabin with external accessed ensuite was clean and comfortable
Apart from the 1 bedroom there were 2 double bunks taking up much of the living room space. I don’t really think 6 people could be accommodated comfortably. There was no sofa. Whilst we are used to external ensuites because we are caravanners, this ensuite could do with more rails for towels and hooks for clothes.

The pool area was pleasant
I didn’t read the description properly and was distressed by being allocated an external bathroom, down several steps and a handrail. I asked at reception if there was a better option but was told they were fully booked. I am in my 70’s and get up several times a night. I then received a text msg welcoming up. I texted back and asked if we could be told if there was a cancellation with internal facilities. There was a cancellation in 1 of their motel rooms. Internal facilities but no kitchen. We grabbed it and found it ok. I was happy they responded and tried to help.

very comfortable and clean location, with great, quiet location.
that there was no sink in kitchen area to wash dishes, but this may be a feature regular RAC guests/members know about.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pools are very clean. Cabin was compact, clean and comfortable. There were 2 TV's - one in bedroom and another in the combined kitchen/lounge area. Trees provide shade outside bedroom. A shared outside eating area means that a family can eat in comfort and shade. The kitchen is small so a squeeze for even 3 people. Fold down couch can be used as a single bed. A grassed area nearby for kids to play on. Guest laundry and clothes lines are conveniently located near camp sites and cabins. Concrete slabs for caravans. Some sites are shaded. All in all this is a good place to stay.
We only stayed one night, but the queen bed was uncomfortable and so was the fold down couch.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely pools, very clean
The A/C in the cabins doesn't seem sufficient for summer months. Yes, it was extremely hot but at times was a little uncomfortable unfortunately.
5.0
It was very clean, very comfortable and an extremely well equipped accommodation, with a delightful smell. They had 2 pools and many facilities, some we did not get a chance to use due to lack of time, but they all looked good from what we could see. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We liked everything, the were no negative aspects during our stay.
4.5
It was in a great location and was well looked after!

I didn't like the smelly thing in the cabin pit there to make it smell nice. Those things stink
2.5
the location.
the family cabin was filthy. there was someone's undies under the bed. the pillows are flat and need to be replaced. The camp kitchen is beautiful and understand people probably take things from there but it would have been handy to have a tea towel in there some extra tongs etc but again I do understand.
4.5
great new park with plenty to do for the family’s
5.0
Pros
Great property, clean and tidy toilets, few things to do for the kids
Amazing beaches within 1 hour drive
Cons

Not close to the beach
Quite a walk to the town

The ablution block was very clean and regularly serviced. The park was very quiet at night.
The cabin wasn't clean. There were bugs on the window sills and in the lights. The ceiling was very badly marked. The bottom sheet had a stain and a hole in it. The kitchen blind was very dirty and the kitchen table was so badly worn it was unhygienic.
