Location is superb. Resort facilities are well looked after, and the reception staff were helpful
Nothing we were happy

A lovely setting surrounded by water with a 10 min walk into Hastings Street.
Our apartment was very tired and in need of renovation. The ensuite bathroom was old and very small.
4.2
Everything was great, rooms spa pool sauna location
The beds were bad and not comfortable
4.2
Water aspect was delightful, location ok but fair walk to beach, restaurants etc.
I was annoyed at being charged $3 to hire a pool towel. When you are paying over $300 p/n it seems penny pinching in the extreme and leaves a sour taste that has nothing to do with the $3.
4.2
Great location on the river with a private beach
Our apartment was tired and very badly furnished with no floor coverings and as a result was incredibly loud!
4.2
The heated swimming pool and the spa
We were above the spa and it was noisy with guests It was hot and we wouldn’t stay in warmer months The resort wouldn’t open up the main bathroom only if we paid and extra $75 So we used the ensuite bathroom but it was small There was only 2 of us so we consider ourselves to be neat and tidy we have never heard of closing the main bathroom before As guests we expected the paddle boards to be free The sauna wasn’t working and there were no signs to say it was out of order The elevator only went to one floor and we had to drag our bags to the apartment which was difficult to find and on the very top floor We could probably not stay there again as it was a distance to the beach We could do better for the same deal elsewhere

Stunning location

Waterside location
Dated decor

Great location and facilities. 10 min walking distance to Hasting st.
Beautiful private beach with paddle boards and kayak available for hire.
The ventilation in the bathrooms was not the best and the shower in en-suite was not closing properly, the water was leaking out a lot. It is a bit old and in need of renovation.
4.2
it was close to everything. waterfront was fully accessible. staff were great. beautiful pool and spa..
Perfect facilities .
Based on pricing for accomodation I thought hiring costs for kayak was a bit greedy.

Stunning property, the apartment was so so gorgeous. We had a bottom floor overlooking the river and it was so nice to sit out there. The apartment is so new and nicely built, the facilities including the pool are spotless and very tasteful. A wonderful place to stay in Noosa.
It gives an adults-only vibe but there were a lot of children. Even staying outside of holidays there were too many children at the resort for me, often by the pool or private beach my quiet time with a book was ruined. I also didnt appreciate having to empty my own bins before we left the apartment, it seems a bit silly when housekeeping would come in and clean the rest?
4.2
Location & amenities were perfect. Could walk into town. Safe & secure.
Unfortunately the apartment didn't meet the advertised expectations. Lights, blind & drying rack broken & despite a request, they were fixed/replaced. Could do with TLC

Awful instructions to my room.
Room numbers are everywhere and not in order.
I was walking up stairs with multiple heavy bags , this guy ( manger apparently) yelled at me my rooms that way, those stairs….. umm there were stairs all around me. Maybe he should have come up and showed me which way to go. No that way…. Very unprofessional
This manager guy was rude. On different times seeing him he not once said hello of waved.
The other handyman was amazing. He was super friendly and deserves a raise.
Great location.
Room had everything ( no hairdryer)
Will definitely stay again.

location, the view, the beach and the facilities were excellent
nothing I can think of. Room 49 needs a new lightbulb in the lounge area and the laundry tub was a bit rusty on the outside plus the kitchen cabinet door under the sink needed re aligning

Location is about 1.5km between Noosa main beach \ Hastings and Noosaville (each way) with an easy Uber ($8-9) or a Ferry ride one stop for around $17 for the 4 of us (2A+2C) one way. We loved that we were in the quieter part of town during a very busy period. Culgoa has its own private beach and we were in a unit in the 1st floor overlooking the beach. The proximity to the pool was about the same distance to get to the beach which was awesome. 2 Bed apartment was appointed well, clean and looked lovely. Views were spectacular with afternoon sunsets right beach. We would definitely recommend. We hired a SUP from a private supplier for 4 out of the 7 days to avoid the hourly hire rate and a kayak from Culgoa for a day which was great.
No dishwashing basics were provided. No scourer/chux or dishwashing liquid as a welcome pack would have been good. We had to pay $3 per pool towel which for the cost I feel should be part of the stay. Ferry was a little expensive. We had no car and the supermarket on Quamby place was expensive so walked into Noosaville woolies and BWS and grabbed a taxi home a few times to get supplies. Pool was a bit too heated at 29 degrees for the middle of summer.
4.2
location is great- fairly quiet but not too far from Hastings st- pool was excellent- being visited by ducks most mornings
TVs need to be updated- in my opinion, a smart tv is a minimum requirement in 2023. Kitchen was ok…could do with some pasta bowls/ a new wooden spoon or two

The property is in an amazing location . grounds, pool and view is beautiful. loved complementary coffee room .
staff where rude and unfriendly and on several occasions questioning my son when entering as to whether is stayed there or not . this made him very uncomfortable . Our room (32) looked nothing like the pictures . Needs a major renovation. It was musty and dusty and smelt like bleach . very dark with no natural light . Many young families so early starts due to screaming babies were frequent. Bedding was extremely uncomfortable and bring your own pillows. thought it was average having to pay for pool towels . we paid premium prices for 3.5 star accommodation.
4.2
location is perfect - short stroll to main beach or enjoy the private beach on the river.
perfect sunset away from the business of Hastings street.
4.2
Very good facilities including the lounge, Noosa river access, good road access
4.2
the views, the size of the room, the range of glasses available, the ability to chrome cast. the hot tub was amazing.
the pillows were so uncomfortable, rock hard and too big. Also the fact the bed was on wheels was uncomfortable. when I asked reception for a new pillow they said they didn’t have any. I did not get a full nights sleep the whole time.
