The staff and the location was wonderful but I would not choose to stay again unless it was remodeled.

The location was perfect.

The property is in dire need of a remodel/update. It is very old. There were gnats/bugs on walls on the lower level going out into the pool. I’m sure it was beautiful at one time but now, well, definitely needs to be remodeled.

O espaço do quarto a cama a praticidade de Uma cozinha dentro do apartamento E o pequeno almoço e O drink do bar são espetaculares

Escolhi o quarto de frente para o mar, por isso Mais caro. Mas Ao chegar no apartamento estavam os de frente lotados e fiquei no quarto da Lateral que via uma parte do mar, mas não como se tivesse sido de frente ao mar. No salão do pequeno almoço, estava lotado e fiquei em Uma Mesa menor e isolada com maior difícil acesso. Mas foi possível alimentar

Necessário melhorar bastante, nos cozinheiros, na limpeza de quartos e renovar os quartos.

A unica coisa boa era o atendimento dos funcionários. Sempre prestáveis e sorriso no rosto mesmo não podendo o hotel dar melhor qualidade de serviço aos hóspedes.

Durante a estadia, o quarto não foi limpo nem arrumado. Ao terceiro dia tive de eu ir ao encontro de uma funcionária entregar os sacos do lixo, trocar as toalhas e tendo uma criança de 2 anos eu tive de limpar o quarto com toalhitas. O ar condicionado deitava um cheiro a queimado, não funcionava em condições, casa de banho com esgotos entupidos logo no primeiro dia de entrada, completamente desgastada sanita com tampa toda torta e riscada, banheira a saltar tinta, teto falso em lata sujo e com ferrugem derivado à extração não funcionar. Havia dias que o pequeno almoço era reposto muito lentamente estando quase sempre vazio durante muito tempo derivado à pouca variedade. A qualidade de comida péssima nos jantares, mesmo muito mau. Tanto referente à qualidade do produto como à sua confeção, qualidade dos profissionais de cozinha muito mau, desde frango grelhado cru, arroz seco derivado a ficar mal cozido e a secar com o tempo no banho maria, relativamente as sopas ou aos cremes mal triturados sem tempero. A pior cataplana que provei, o atum sabia mesmo a velho e a sangue sem tempero algum, sardinha tambem no mesmo estado. Tinham uma espécie de xerem que não deixaram cozer a semula de milho estava cru e amargava. Não merece as 4 estrelas que tem. Tive em hotéis de 3 estrelas com muito melhor qualidade. Piscina interior onde estava extremamente frio e água fria. É a segunda vez que sou hospede neste hotel mas a qualidade piorou muito. O berço da bebé estava com um pé partido e enrolado com fita cola. Nao dava para dormir era desconfortável para a bebé.

Kind of disappointing

The breakfast was ok as we'll as the servis in the restaurant & bar.

Gym was not up to standard with very little weights & some machines was not maintained or broken. Pool areas not up to standard. wallpaper in the room was torn to pieces some places & the walls was dirty in some places. The panel in the elevator was loos or broken,

A very enjoyable short break in a very pleasant aparthotel. Highly recommend

Breakfast was included in our room rate and there was plenty of choice my daughter is vegan and was catered for with no fuss. Lovely pool and sauna and gardens. The room had everything we needed, a little small would have preferred a proper 3rd bed instead of the trundle bed but it was fine for the few nights. All in all an enjoyable stay staff were lovely and we would recommend and return.

I thought it was closer to the center but that was my fault I should have been more aware when booking and ubers were cheap and very reliable so location wasn't a problem. My mobility is compromised at the moment but my daughter enjoyed the walk to the center along the coast so shouldn't be an issue for young fit people.

Enjoyable Stay

Our welcome when checking in was very friendly and informative. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection.

Bathroom is tired and very dated and there was mold around the bath. Some staff were not as friendly as others. Especially at breakfast when everything was so manic.

NEVER EVER STAY THIS HOTEL

Very bad when we check in reception lady told as yes everything ok you have half bord n we pay full amount then we come down for dinner she say u have to pay bcoz booking not inform n denied to return money treated very badly no education to speak wasted 1 hours to discuss very badly first time very bad experience in my life. We confirm with booking by phone n email if we change half bord price was 2500 for 2 room no 3000 We are very old clients of booking but first time very bad experience Next day we talk with Manegar he say ok will talk our reservations office n let u know in some time but in 1 week no any reply.

staff was very friendly, location is very good, close to the beach sea wall and 20 min walk distance from Cascais historic center.

Cascais is a favourite destination of ours as family members live nearby.

This particular visit was exceptional. Check in was swift. We had a lovely room, nice big bed and bathroom. We had 2 lovely apples presented to us on arrival at the room which was a nice surprise. Sadly we were only staying one night so we could not take full advantage of the sunny balcony and room views. I usually use the indoor pool on my visits as it is very nice but we ran out of time. Breakfast was good as it usually is. Self Service as normal but very attentive waiters filling up and clearing plates

Very good

We love the position of the hotel, as it is close to our family who live in Cascais.We visit Portugal about 5 times a year Staff are friendly. Hotel room clean. Breakfasts are good.Cannnot comment on other meals.

Not very keen on room 103 as lorries unloading into what we presume is the kitchen, seem to take up a fair bit of the morning and were quite noisy.Several times in our room we could smell food. We did inform management staff. Several lights did not work.

Breakfast was fine and both pools where nice, so was the garden. .Staff was nice , friendly and helpful.

Rooms are old and narrow, beds really soft and not good to sleep in. Feels like both need to be upgraded.

Ok hotel for short stay

good quiet location, nice pool area, big parking, very good breakfast, friendly and kind staff like in all Portugal

rooms would need refurbishing, especially for 4star hotel they look very old very slow check in with weird payment policy. We had to pay for the room at check in and for other amenities like dinner separately. I have never experienced that, usally everything is being paid at checkout. Big minus was that we decided for dinner. 32euros per person is rip off for very small choice of COLD food. On top of that drinks are being charged separetely. You will find much better dinner options in restauraunts nearby I am sure.

The pool and outdoor facilities were great.

Incredible view, hearty breakfast and perfect location.

The view and location are off the charts. INCREDIBLE! Near all the beautiful spots in Cascais and a walk from Farol da Guia and Boca do Inferno. Hearty and delicious breakfast.

Relaxing, comfortable, quiet. Lovely views of the sea.

Good breakfast with lovely fresh fruit selection. Pool great. Bedroom warm, spacious, good bathroom, kitchenette, wardrobe space. Great view from balcony of sea and pool. Cleaning good. All staff are welcoming and immediately address any issues raised. Reception/ front of house management exceptionally helpful. 20 minutes’ walk along sea front from Cascais and regular buses if preferred.

Needed to report fault with curtains. (Quickly fixed). No short cut to sea front. Could you have a card/pass system for guests to allow easy access/egress.
