Hotel that bad we checked out early!!

Location & shop on site.

Rude staff, dirty towels, not enough towels & had to ask twice for them. Patio door not locking so had to stay awake all night in case somebody came in. Not safe & especially with 2 kids in the room. Sunloungers a disgrace. They lie flat & then I had a sore neck. Pay for loungers which you can sit upwards on. Absolutely disgrace to charge for comfortable Sunloungers. Had to bring a pillow which I realise after shouldn't off but Manager shouting at me in front of everyone., I was highly embarrassed & he wouldn't leave me speak to explain. My kids were histerical crying after. Checked out 2 nights early so my solicitor dealing with it now to try & have my money reimbursed. I have never had to check out of a hotel early in all the years I have travelled. I'll be writing a review on TripAdvisor to warn people to stay away!!

da vista e falicidade de mini supermercado a porta

Fogao nao funcionava, sofa super desconfortavel, cheiro ruim de velho no apartamento. foi feita troca de toalha, mas os pratos e talheres utilizados nao foram lavados. Hotel muito vazio, com corredores escuros, sensação de abandonado.

La limpieza excelente y la habitación era súper acogedora. Hotel 100% recomendable.

La calefacción no funcionaba bien y no nos la arreglaron pero bueno no hacía mucho frío.

Bruyant (on a l’impression de dormir sur l’autoroute et on vis avec les voisins de chambre ) Pas de jacuzzi alors que c’est dans les équipements ! Vieille literie , à ressorts matelas qui sont douloureux , vieilles couvertures et vieux oreillers . La douche ne marchait pas 42€ pour une grosse m…. Passez votre chemin cet hôtel et lugubre et très cher pour les prestations .

Location , facilities and entertainment staff were great. We stayed in a bungalow so cannot comment on the rooms in the hotel

Three day weekend of going to the beach and bars. Prefect location right in between old and new town

I did like the location of hotel. Its was located close to local amenities. Buss stops was close and taxis were close by too.

I didn't like that personels English wasn't wery good, was having a hard time trying to explain what I needed, one person out of three spoke English. And that in rooms, I do understand its an apartment hotel, but if they could at least provide some washing up liquid and sponges for washing dishes, would be nice, and Jacuzzi didn't work the whole week while we was there, water was ice cold And sad look outside, needs a lot of maintenance done what regards to children play are, not much what to do for children I do understand whe was there in February but I think that it's doesn't matter what time of the year it is, children wants to play anyway, and preferably in a nice ans safe environment, need to have soft play area inside the hotel during this colder time, all they had was a table games for older children, but when I was looking on photos I did see the soft play area, but unfortunately it's didn't work now. Will not be going back here unfortunately 😕.

Paying to hear bad sex

Health club no much else, the room had a bath I enjoyed that...

First night I came was10pm, I thought this was a family hotel,the couple next to me were having very vocal sex and I could have done a better job myself, pleasuring myself,I complained the next day and asked if we they could move me to another room,but they were not helpful in any way.I could have waited until a room became available,I was there to heal my heart and I had to listen to next door sex romps even after I complained of to reception... After a black out one of the night's the WiFi did not work at all.. Overall very let down by the hotel and the people who worked there..

Great value for money. Proper summer holiday stay with pools and loads of gardened areas.

It is in a great location with onsite parking. We only got to the property around 1am and the reception was still working and dealt with us really well. The wifi was good too.

The rooms are quite cold, there seem to have been a party going on that lasted till very late and with loads of noise.
