El ruido vehicular de la calle es muy molesto, ya que las ventanas son antiguas y no insonorizan las habitaciones. Sirenas, bocinazos y motos permanentes impiden un buen descanso

Deberían de considerar incluir el costo del estacionamiento en la tarifa ya que es un poco molesto estar pagando por día la tarifa de estacionamiento!

Great location!

The location was central and easily accessed. The room was spacious, the bed was the most comfortable we have had in all of mexico! It was very quiet we had no issues with noise from outside for sleeping whatsoever . There is a couple of bars, restaurants to choose from on the property, including Starbucks, and the building itself was very nice. We chose the executive Fiesta rooms which gave us access to the lounge on the 22nd floor which we absolutely loved and we're so glad that we did. It was wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day and some wonderful snacks and food. The view up there was great and the staff were wonderful.

English was extremely difficult with the staff, which surprised us as we have had better luck in smaller more remote Mexican areas. The food in the Executive Lounge needs to be warmer in the serving dishes as most of it was cold such as the scrambled eggs. The carpeting in the hallways and in the rooms really needs an overhaul and to be replaced. It's quite outdated. We also could have used a dresser in our room.

My stay was overall good but not spectacular. The bed was very comfortable.

The building is a bit old. The other fiesta americana hotels close to the airport or Chapultepec are more modern. I didn't take the breakfast as I found it too expensive while mexican street food is the best. The coffee machine in the room wasnt working properly and the coffee was Decaf "ew!". After playign half and hour with it, coffee started coming out.

Excelente relación precio/calidad

Ubicación destacada, cerca del centro histórico, bosque de Chapultepec y estación de metro. El desayuno tipo buffet muy completo, hay un starbucks junto al lobby del hotel, así como variados restaurantes y bares en las cercanías.

Durante las mañanas personal de aseo golpea la puerta para consultar el “estado” de la habitación. Lo anterior interrumpe el sueño.

La habitación representaba lo que presiona, fotografía, también la habitación tenía un olor como si hubiera sido de fumadores y yo pedi una habitación para no fumadores. El baño no era muy cómodo. Asimismo, la cama era un poco incómodo

Rooms desperately need remodeling. Bathrooms are very small and showers are difficult to use. Coffee makers are very old and take a lot of work to make one cup of coffee.
