Hotel das Team und das Frühstück , sehr gut - nur ein Zimmer mit dieser Art Badezimmer geht gar nicht

Mini kleine Dusche - kein richtiges Bad - sogenannte Badbereich ist alles offen - nur mit Fäden eine optische Trennung zum Schlafzimmer. Wenn man sich duschen möchte steht man vorher nackt im Schlafzimmer. Mit Freundin ein Zimmer teilen gerne nur ist beim Duschen gern eine Privatsphäre erwünscht

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The rooms are spacious and cleaned and the pool and fitness are included in the price. The pool area is spacious, you have an amazing view outside with big windows and a place where you can step outside, on a dock, if you want. The staff was so friendly, helpful and always there to help if needed. The pool opens at 6AM until 10PM and the sauna from 10AM. It is pretty close to the lake and you can enjoy a walk into the forest. This is definetly a great place where you can relax. There are some close restaurants nearby, in case you don’t want to eat at the hotel’s restaurant and they offer a lot of extra activities. The parking is free and they offer a lot of spaces. They also have numerous charging station.

Grande comfort e attenzione all'ospite

Hotel molto confortevole, con ogni servizio e attenzione all'ospite. Oltre alla prima colazione a buffet c'è la possibilità di farla in camera con più soluzioni di prezzo inferiore. La sera il ristorante era pieno e ci è stato offerto il servizio in camera senza il sovrapprezzo.

Tolles Hotel , sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, jedoch das restliche Personal hat Luft nach oben.

Tolle Zimmer , sehr leckeres Frühstück!

Unfreundlicher Empfang im Spa ! Als ich das Spa betrat , wurde nicht mal der Kopf gehoben und die Dame an der Rezeption starrte weiter in ihre Mappen . Meine Frage nach Massagen wurde mit einem Hinweis , das alles in der Broschüre steht beantwortet . Als ich nach der Broschüre griff , kam der Nachsatz das nichts frei ist und das Gesicht war wieder in den Unterlagen. So kann man Kunden auch vergraulen!

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöner Wellness Bereich.

Sehr voll. Abendessen im Hotel war nicht möglich und das buchen von Massagen auch nicht. Wegen einer Veranstaltung war es nicht möglich länger im Frühstücksraum sitzen zu bleiben.

in diesem Hotel bin ich sicherlich nicht das letzte mal gewesen, sehr schöne

die Lage direkt am Wörtersee ist genial. man kann gemütlich spazieren gehen und sich am Abend in der Sauna und im Dampfbad erholen. ebenso kann man dann die Nacht in der gemütlichen Hotelbar ausklingen lassen.

hierzu kann ich leider nichts sagen. es war alles zu meiner zufriedenheit. das Zimmer war immer sauber und ist auch top ausgestattet. die Dusche war nicht verkalkt und es gibt sogar eigens fürs Badezimmer eine Bodenheizung

Comfy resort in the outskirts of Klagenfurt

Calm and relaxing hotel near the lake. Outdoor pool was excellent.

Shower and sink are designfully and doorlessly integrated in the room, so you can brush your teeth without stopping the conversation. I loved the conversation, so it was rather an advantage for me. Otherwise, nothing at all to dislike in this great hotel.

Easy to find, beautiful location, good parking, very good restaurant, good pools.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room; overpriced breakfast; music from the bar was very loud and on the weekend we were there was played until after 3am making it very difficult to sleep…it would have been good if we had been warned at the time of booking that the hotel had late night entertainment.

a lovely place to spend a long weekend

located on the east shore of the worthsee inside europark, short walk to the lake, pier, choice of restaurants bars and cafe etc, longer walk to the town centre, but very pleasant riverside route, comfortable rooms with balcony to sit on to enjoy the sunset and tranquility the area has to offer.

Oasis for relaxation

the wellness, the design of the room, the outdoor pool, the accent on healthy cuisine, breakfast was fantastic-one could make its own freshly pressed green juice in the morning

the only minus, although not major, was that our room was placed towards the side where deliveries would be made during early hours (3am), causing some noise, but the windows are isolating the room enough.

Not great, not terrible

The hotel is overall nice. We took a superior room which was nice and spacious and had a nice view. The hotel was pretty full but it didn't feel overbooked or crowded. Generally, it was very quiet which we enjoyed. It's close to the lake and the park so it was great for taking a walk. There's also a small spa, which was okay, nothing to write home about. It's nice they serve tea free of charge in the spa. I also liked we were given bathrobes. The parking situation was great.

Our stay didn't include breakfast, there's an option to add breakfast for 23 euros per person. We did that for 2 days, but it was not worth the money at all. The breakfast is okay, but heavily overpriced unless you eat a lot and you can get your money's worth. The spa center was cold! So, so, cold! The pool water is cold. Forget relaxing in the spa, it's freezing. The rooms were cold in the evening. I was shaking from the cold when taking a shower in the evening. A cattle or a coffee machine in the room would be expected in a hotel of this kind.
