Fuimos con gran ilusión y al llegar todo cambió, una pena, una reforma le vendría genial

Cuando llegamos estaba sucio el suelo y el sofá con restos de los antiguos clientes, mucho ruido de tuberías de madrugada, muchísimo calor en la noche, ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador, la única opción es alquilar un aparato, ¿una zona de tanto calor y hay que alquilar?no es lógico. No hay ventilación en el baño y al usar la ducha el agua se sale y la alfombra queda empapada. La puerta de la entrada por la noche daba golpes aún cerrada con llave. Las toallas no secaban, hemos tenido que comprar, el alojamiento no te avisa con antelación de que las toallas no se pueden sacar del apartamento, tienen una piscina, si viajas en avión lo menos que quieres es tener que llevarte toallas. Solicité dos camas individuales y una de matrimonio, me comentaron que según disponibilidad y si no me las ponían juntas para formar una grande, la sorpresa que las camas estaban sueltas y ni siquiera un lo siento no tenemos disponibilidad, qué pena, fuimos con muchas expectativas pero nos defraudó a toda la familia.

Fabulous apartment, very clean, friendly staff and very suitable for kids.

The restaurant was so close to the accommodations, clean, very good menu, friendly staff and good value. The swimming pool was clean and lifeguards very good. Very safe complex.

The short notice about the two pools being closed and renovated. It was inconvenient for us to have to pack a bag and stuff to go to a different site with kids. We should have been offered compensation of some sort, even a small amount. The third pool did not suit two of our kids. We did not relax the final 3 days around the pool as the kids needed constant help swimming in the deep pool.

Friendly staff & location

Check out time could not be changed. 11am is very early especially when you have a late flight. Spoke to couple on the way home & their accommodation let them use another free apartment to stay in until they needed to leave.

Wonderful and thank you, our first time in Lanzarote and will return.

Short walk to the front but far enough away not to be disturbed in the later evening by the busy street. The apartment was very clean, staff accommodating and friendly when we decided to extend our stay, we had to move apartments but we were happy to do that as it was short notice, we were moved to a wonderful apartment with a large balcony that gave a sea view and pool view. The poolside cafe does a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Pools are lovely. Pictures do not do these apartments justice, highly recommend and will return next year.

I have nothing negative to say.

Very good

Lovely gated safe complex only 5 min walk to main strip. Very clean accommodation. Basic but had everything we needed. Pool bar was really good. Fab food and very reasonable. The Sunday roast dinner was gorgeous. The staff at the pool bar are great too. Plenty sun loungers by the pool. We stayed in acuariosol 2 which over looked the big pool and pool bar. Spotlessly clean pool and loungers. A very quiet peaceful complex at night even though so near to strip. Numerous supermarkets nearby also which was handy.

No air con !!! We had to hire fans which were not great. The female lifeguard at the pool was ridiculously strict. It was uncomfortable to watch guests with children being told off over the slightest thing. It was like she was waiting for a child to make a mistake! They were made to feel very unwelcome. It should be advertised as adults only if that's the case. I felt sorry for the kids and they were all good kids being watched by their parents. Maybe a little music around the pool would create more of an atmosphere. Nothing too hectic but some bit of music would be nice.

I love staying in Acurio Sol. Very peaceful & relaxing by pool. Life Guard excellent ensuring safety & ambience

Great Location, great staff & lovely Tina & Ruben in pool bar restaurant where food is excellent. Pedro & Iria in reception always helpful & pleasant to deal with.

The staff were helpful when we arrived, asked for a poolview apartment, got an apartment on the pool level which was brilliant, couldn't fault the cleanliness, stayed for 5 nights, Location was good, 5 mins walk to the strip.

We didn't need it in April but i dont think these apartments have air con. Seen a few Cockroachs on the last night in the bedroom.

Decent-ish stay... Until I saw the cockroach

The staff in the restaurant and their delicious food/beverages. They were amazing throughout and always provided a great service, no matter what time of day/night. The lady host was always smiling and lovely too The apartment was in a great position for the sun, all day long

There was a bloody cockroach in my room!!!!! Found it as i was packing, it was hiding under my suitcase. The shower is on a limited time, for the hot water and we had to get a couple freezing showers The beds weren't comfy. My ribs actually really hurt because of it. The staff member who checked us in seemed grumpy and like he didn't want to be there

Clean and friendly with a fabulous pool area and bar. We will be back!

We find it a safe and quiet bolt hole to chill out at. just far enough out of the centre but still within easy walking distance. pool bar is excellent with Tina and Ruben being fabulous hosts.

The pool was absolutely freezing 😆

pool area was lay out good. always spare sunbeds. staff took pride in their work from cleaners to pool staff. pool bars was lovely apartment's where fitter out a number of years ago, not a problem ,bed mattress where really comfortable ,shower over bath was fine. view from apartments was good. complex was not noisy.

their are three apartments do not get sun until 11am,and I love having morning tea and breakfast in the sun on the balcony for me it big part of my holiday. well you I was unlucky person who got one of them apartments . I did ask to be move ,unfortunately it was a no, I did ask for sun first thing in the morning when booking. is it deal breaker. YES

I would not go again unless I could guarantee being in the main complex with a balcony facing pool.

Price and quality of food and drink at the pool bar was good. The pool area looked pleasant for the short period when the sun was out.

Weather was poor, not the hotel's fault. Every thing looks better in the sun. I was in the annexe, not the main complex. The balcony faced East and did not get the sun until afternoon. Very poor view from the balcony. This is the only complex / hotel I have visited recently that did not provide welcome touches such as complimentary toiletries or water in the fridge.

Great stay, we have booked again!

Good poolside bar/restaurant very reasonably priced. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Location of apartments is perfect, very quiet but just a 5 min walk to the beach, promenade, shops, bars etc. Friendly, efficient staff.

Apartments are a little dated, kitchen could do with a bit of updating, but did not spoil our holiday in any way. It was well equipped with crockery etc. (We did buy a couple of mugs, as cups were a bit small for us)
