Good hotel, awful treating while check in in super priority room!

It is very beautiful hotel, good location, but!!! I was really chocked by Javien Glonde, the disgusting guy, who worked during the night on the check in. The people like he is , can’t work in a such beautiful and luxury hotel! His welcoming to the hotel was awfull!!! He is not “ professional “ at all, he even can’t understand how not only to work with people but even how to work with booking system and he is not competent at all!!! I and my husband came late at night, very tired, he was looking for our reservation for such a long time ( but the reservation was already paid by my credit card), I explain that we parked the car in front of the hotel and need smb to take our luggage and park our car, but may be is not well educated or perhaps he can’t speak good English he began to cry that police will come to arrest our car, I explained him again that we just need voulet parking and can he ask smb to do it as soon as possible …, but instead of this he began to propose me breakfast explaining that I should take this breakfast now, because after it would be 5-10 euro expensive…. I was very unusual for me… After he washed to show him my credit card,( but my room was already paid by my credit card) I explained him that I do not have it physically , only on my phone and I can give him cash money for deposit Or may be your service park my car and bring my bag where I have my credit card! But he began to cry that he needed NoW my credit card physically and if I don’t have it he will cancel my reservation!!! I really was chocked by this unbehaviour and impolite man …. He didn’t explain how to use in

La habitación y la ducha

Beso Beach ( servicio y comida impresentables )Reservamos el primer día y cancelamos los 2 siguientes tras la experiencia. Limpieza: La habitación la dejamos a las 9:00 indicando que se podía hacer y a las 17:00 continuaba sin limpiar. Las excusas que nos dio el personal de recepción decepcionantes; impropias de un hotel como el suyo y de la propia marca. El Roof: nos tomamos los peores Margarita y whisky sour de nuestra vida. No pueden cobrar los cócteles a precio de profesional si los hace alguien que no lo es. Piscina: Las tumbonas están excesivamente juntas por no decir hacinadas. Nos falta que nos pongan unos encima de otros. El restaurante: Mediocre y eso que tomamos 2 ensaladas.

Great for a short stay or base for a family holiday. Quite a walk into Sitges.

Nice property. Too expensive for what they actually offer.

The concierge, Luis, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and securing reservations at the hotel pool and rooftop patio.

The hotel wasn't staffed for their poolside and rooftop patio services due to the "off-season". As a guest at an oceanside resort hotel, if I am staying their, it's the right "season" to staff the hotel amenities that drew me to your property.

Good but will be looking for alternative next time

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

We stayed previously in this hotel and feel it had become too expensive. The hotel is located outside the city centre, it HAD free on-site parking, now you pay €18 per day if you park here for the entire stay (otherwise you pay €28 per day). Ridiculous! Renting a bike is €20 per bike per day. For a hotel located outside the city centre and in this price category, bikes should be complimentory (or €20 per week). Dined twice at the hotel restaurant Beso, on both occasions a meal that was listed on the menu was unavailable. Pool was not heated. Disturbing dj music on saturday evening/night. Asked if they had a weighing scale, they did not have this. (this is a five star hotel)

Nice modern hotel

Lovely modern boutique vibe hotel with nice rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is at the far end of Sitges - so a quiet area but a good walk into town for restaurants and shops.

Rooftop bar only open on weekends in April. Disappointed as this was not explained to us. Breakfast was very expensive for a few eggs and croissants!

Good but not great

Our room was fabulous (junior suite with sea view) spacious with top quality bed and linen and a huge balcony. The pool area was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The roof bar was closed despite this not being advertised. No service at the pool. The bar where food was available in the evening only had outdoor seating in the shade and was too cold in April when we visited. We were offered seats in the lobby to eat but this really felt odd with guests milling about and impractical coffee type tables etc. There was beautiful sunshine at the pool bar but we weren’t allowed to eat at the tables there. Room service offering was very good but the food was cold by the time it was delivered. It’s a good 30+ minute walk to the town and as such the location wasn’t great for evening meals out in town etc

The ambiance of the hotel, the facilities (pool etc.) and Beso were amazing. Rooms are very comfortable, very clean and quiet. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel on waterfront with promenade walk into Sitges. Maybe a little too far out for some people.

Some staff were helpful others very unhelpful. Reception and poolside staff were very unhelpful. Restaurant, housekeeping and concierge staff outstanding.

The range of food for breakfasts

Towels are awful, laud location, almost all employees do not speak proper English and are not experienced in providing service. Cleaning is the biggest issue of the hotel- all the corners are dirty, floor is not cleaned properly. Reception staff is not professional and are not able to ask any questions- they can’t even do what they are supposed to do. Be ready that cookers can easily prepare your food and and the same time touching the rubbish bin with the same hand. If you are coming with your own car- be prepared to have almost all the time issues with entering and leaving the territory of hotel, because your parking card can be not recognised. When coming to the hotel we were not proposed with any welcoming drinks, help with luggage or car.

Exceptional

Everything! It was just my husband and I. We spent the extra for the sea view and it was completely worth it! The place and the area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

We never went to the hotels restaurants, but we did do the bar downstairs, the staff wasn't the greatest. We were ignored for almost 25-30min before I finally got someones attention to take our drink order after two other group of people showed up sometime after us got their orders and was instantly served drinks and food.

Overall a fantastic hotel in a lovely location.

Very clean and well appointed hotel, Garden View room was a little snug if you are there for a week but the balconies get the evening sun which is lovely. Staff were very friendly with helpful concierge.

Pool bar was short staffed during the week. Quite a long walk in the evening into town but it is a lovely walk as long as you have comfy shoes!

Great hotel with great facilities, could improve on bar/restaurant staff speed and attitude

Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We got a lovely sea view room even though we didn't pay for it, facilities in the room were incredible, couldn't fault it all. The pool area was also really nice with big and spacious sunbeds

The service was really really slow. Both in room service and especially in rooftop bar. We had to wait about 30min everytime we ordered a drink and if approached, the staff were quite rude and didn't seem to rush to get orders fulfilled in any way
