Très mauvaise accueil, très mauvaise expérience

Emplacement

Nous sommes arrivés vers 14h, et nous avons attendu jusqu’à 18h pour avoir notre chambre, qui n’était pas prête. Nous sommes attendus à la réception 4 heures et nous sommes les personnes âgées. On nous avait proposé d’aller se promener en attendant que notre chambre soit prête (en mois d’août 38 degrés :))

Agradable.

Ubicación, amabilidad del personal. En especial un chico argentino que hablaba español que era un primor.

Sólo funcionaba 1 ascensor y no habia aire acondicionado en la recepción ni en el ascensor.

Séjour au top pour visiter monaco

Emplacement au top.parking au dessous de la résidence et un plus. Chambre spacieuse et rénovée encore mieux.le quartier avec tous ces commerces et restaurants.

Les ascenseurs semblent vieux.

Appart hôtel de qualité très bien situé

Emplacement idéal, appartement confortable, propre bien équipé, réception souriant et professionnel. TV dans chaque chambre. Commerce au pied de l'immeuble proche toute commodité .

Appartement qui était à côté des 2 ascenseurs, donc un peu bruyant car beaucoup de passage devant notre porte avec notre petit chien et travaux dans l'appartement à côté bruit de perceuse

Lovely, friendly hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from Monaco and all its amenities. The area is lovely. The staff at the check-in were friendly and helpful. They gave me an upgrade. The room clean and spacious with its own well equipped kitchenette. The bed comfy. I really enjoyed my staying. I’ll be back.

Nothing negative. I really enjoyed the place.

that reception instead of calling a taxi as requested, books a limousinrme which in turn charges you 30 euros for a 2.5 kilometerr ride to Monaco cruise terminal. That is unacceptable. Hotel has nit had the courtesy to repky to my comments on this matter.

Such a great location with space in such a dense city. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for large groups.

Keep in mind Monaco is built on a steep hill. It is not far from the waterfront area but the walk is fairly steep back up at the end of the night.

Location is excellent! Room was clean and comes with everything you need for a self catering stay and a hotel feel, combined. Super. The swimming pool was fabulous.

Liked everything with the hotel minus the A/C not working properly. Will not come back unless it’s possible to cool

Loved having a little kitchen with all necessary equipment. Extra plus points for the Nespresso maker!

Very good

The location was brilliant - just a street away from Monaco without paying the premium. Very easy to get in and out - although definitely ask about the lifts to get you easily down to sea level! There is also a brilliant supermarche and bakery around the corner, which makes the self catering aspect very easy. The apartment itself is quite basic but it was all workable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

The apartment could have done with a bit of updating, and the air conditioning is not very strong. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked.

Very convenient and great price.

Short walk to the Casino, boulangeries, and restaurants. Small kitchen w fridge and dishwasher, very useful for breakfast or baguette and cheese.

Good stay in Monaco

In terms of location, this aparthotel is absolutely ideal. It's conveniently situated near all the attractions, making it a safe and convenient choice for our group of three girls. While they couldn't accommodate our request for early check-in, they did offer a luggage room where we could drop off our bags in advance. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent and gave us a great start to each day. Considering the generally high costs of staying in Monaco, this aparthotel offers good value for money.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Despite booking for three guests, the room was only prepared for two people, with towels and bedding lacking for the third person. We had to approach the front desk about this issue, and their response was that we should make the third bed ourselves. The wifi at the aparthotel was disappointingly poor, as we faced difficulties even when trying to send basic messages. It's essential for them to work on improving their wifi connectivity. Furthermore, given that this is an aparthotel, we had anticipated having at least one coffee pod provided for each of us, but unfortunately, no amenities of that sort were supplied.

Very relaxing and unexpected gem

Fantastic location 1 block from Monaco. Great restaurants around and easy access to transport within 5 mins.

Wifi was poor in the bedroom due to thick walls but in the main room of the flat it was good.

The fact that due to environmental restrictions, the a/c was not running at its optimum level, more like just a fan making it quite humid in the room. Shouldn't advertise it as "air conditioning"

it's 5 min from Casino Royal, very central,

room was not ready until 4:30pm, we had to wait for room to be ready, they told us check-in usually around 5pm.

the property itself was fine

during the booking it said that the breakfast was included only to find out it wasn’t true also we already paid 300 for one night stay and the addictional charge of 30 euro for the parking felt like a scam at this point.
