Будівля готелю знаходиться на другій лінії, і тому він доволі тихий. Відносно недалеко від двох станції метро. Кухня та весь потрібний для приготування їжі посуд є в наявності. Поруч декілька великих супермаркетів та просто безліч ресторанів та магазинів з готовою їжею. Є камера схову для речей.

Зазвичай в Adagio безкоштовні вода, кава та чай, але на стійці реєстрації мені про це не сказали поки я не спитав про це самостійно. Після сніданку працівники ставлять рекламний банер прямо посеред проходу в їдальню, натякаючи що за кавою/водою туди не треба ходити. Також вони готують лимонад, банка з яким стоїть в холі, але вона майже завжди порожня.

We enjoyed our stay

Good location, really close to public transport, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Clean apartment. The sofa-bed was confortable. Heated apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

Damaged furniture and lots of apparent water damage in wc. The apartment needed a few improvements. Beds are not that comfortable. A small pot would have been useful in the kitchen.

C'était pas cher, maintenant on sait pourquoi.

L'emplacement est très bon, et l'accueille du personnel est impeccable. Un coin enfant dans le hall est le bienvenu pour les familles. Le tout dans une ambiance très calme.

La décoration n'a pas été refaire depuis les années 90. La literie semble aussi dater de cette époque ! Nous avons vu faire changer les draps qui étaient tachés, le canapé-lit est inconfortable mais les pieds du lit étaient cassé rendant le tout très instable.

La pire réservation de ma vie, je ne conseil absolument pas.

C’était bien situé géographiquement.

Le personnel était incompétent, logement sale j’ai demandé à ce que le ménage soit fait. Ils n’ont envoyés personne c’était vraiment écœurant. Des miroirs abîmés, éclaboussures sur les murs, vaisselles sales, insectes morts dans les couverts, toiles d’araignées apparentes et moisissures ! Un séjour en enfer.

El personal poco amable y no hablaban español. El departamento no tenía balcón. A unas cuadras de la estación de metro, de noche era peligroso.

Good location and content. But huge presence of staffs smoking at any time.

The content of the room was fairly good. We wish to get basic cooking content such as coffee or cooking oil, sal, pepper.

Staffs are polite, however we can notice that their cigarette break seems to be their priority (and to finish smoking until the end) rather than customers waiting at the reception for any enquiry.

Close to public transport

Place was dirty and very smelly. We had hot weather while in Paris and that made the place even more smelly and unpleasant since they haven’t got aircon. Staff don’t greet you when entering foyer, It was hard to get a smile from them at the front desk. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff are friendly. Location is good.

NOT AIR CONDITIONED. Beds are not comfortable and too small. Even the single beds, supposedly for two persons are actually two adjacent small beds where the mattresses move apart constantly. Cleanliness is not impressive. Pillows in the cupboards are stained. Prices are too high for the quality of the rooms.

Good for the weekend

Good location to visit Paris. Paid parking spot under the building. Recommended for people who want to leave the car at the hotel and explore Paris by metro.

The apartment needs renovation, especially the bathroom. The staff wanted us to leave the room 1 hour before the checkout time.

The apartment is small, but inside you have all you need: kitchen, room, bathroom, toilet and living room. The place is very quiet.

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY IN ALL PARIS!!!

We had a room for 4 people/3 nights for only 430 euros. It had a big double bed and a sofa that turned into 2 individuals beds, all of them super comfortable. Plus, there is a full equipped kitchen with electric dishwasher with soap pills included!! Nearby you can find a Carrefour supermarket and metro lines 8 and 12 that takes you directly to the main attractions in Paris (opera, Montmartre...) Definitely recommend it.

Location is good, calm and flexible to travel and stay

Room service is not available. It's not correct to do it with extra charges. It should be included in hotel pay. That's what you are charging the hotel. To maintain good health and hygiene you should be doing room service and atleast you need to inform the customers. This is worst part.

Tired, dirty, nothing there for kids.

Good location, in the convention centre area with lots of transport links. No sights nearby but plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room size is fine.

The place is really tired. Black mould in the shower and around the windows. Floor looks dirty. We found bits of popcorn and scraps of paper from previous guests. There's a pic on the listing of a kids area with books/games etc, and we booked partly because of that. It isn't there and when I asked about it, the receptionist looked at me as if I was insane.
