The property is located only a few hundred meters from Monte Carlo, yet is priced very fairly. For its very fair price, a good value is provided both in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Any traveller would find everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay at this property. The balcony is a very nice feature, especially with the all year round brilliant Southern French weather.
The toilet having no sink and being separated from the shower is a slight inconvenience, but it is easy to get used to.

Spacious neat little apartment, with good facilities. Nice and quiet location.
No shower curtain, which made the bathroom floor very wet.

Convenient location
We checked in on August 5. We arrived at the hotel at 14:30, half an hour before check-in. On the bookings it is indicated that check-in starts at 15:00. After us arrived another 2-3 families, all of them were settled almost immediately. On my questions, from the girls from the reception I got the answer that the room is not ready yet. In the end, no one offered us to leave things and come back later, did not offer tea or coffee, we were just told that they have check-in until 17 hours, and when the room will be they do not know. I was very hungry after the road and angry. We were checked in only at 16:15, without any apology for the inconvenience. I think this is not the service of a hotel for 200€ a night. It's more like a place where the staff doesn't care about what's going on.
There was no salt, no sugar, no tea, no coffee, nothing. 200€ Karl! The mugs were dirty, there was mold on the ceiling above the air conditioner. The pillowcase is dirty

A giant balcony was great to have meals and hang out on.
When we first walked in the room it smelled like mildew. After having the balcony doors open for a while it went away.

Lifts up to the apartment so you don’t have to walk up the steep steps. Balcony overlooking the street. Shop just up the road and small one in the hotel. Nice to have a kitchen as well as a separate toilet and shower. Held our bags for us when we had a late flight

So noisy and the room next to us partied all night. The hotel spoke to them earlier in the evening but at 2am no one was answering the phone at the 24 hour reaction desk so we presumed it was unattended. The lift was broken and we were not offered any help with luggage up the stairs.

very good location close to train station. just have to take 2 lifts ( or stairs) from the level of Monte Carlo train station
all was fine

A quite big apartment. 24h reception. Dischwashmashine was helpful.
It is very difficult to find when you're the first time in Monaco (but it is more specific to the place than the hotel). In the mornings was very loud because of the bikes.

Very comfortable and clean.
Location is difficult to walk to centre, but that’s why it costs half of a hotel down below.

Balcony was useful
UNLIVEABLE TOXIC SMELL - My partner and I were unable to use the shower as the shower room had an awful sewage smell from the moment we arrived. I am grateful that the toilet was separate to the shower room but very disappointed to have been given the room in the first place. The previous resident and cleaner would definitely have noticed this. Despite staying for 2 nights and the receptionist agreeing that the smell was overwhelming, there was nothing the receptionist could do except provide an air freshener (which of course failed to mask the toxic smell). After the receptionist calling the hotel director, no offer of a partial refund was given. This made the stay very uncomfortable as I could not then use the shower facility. Thank goodness the smell didn’t drift into the living area or we would have had to find emergency accommodation. When checking out we were NOT asked how our stay was. I believe this is because the receptionists were embarrassed that we had this experience. Would NOT recommend or stay again unless you have no sense of smell.

Room was comfortably spacious. Breakfast options were pretty good with an espresso machine for your morning coffee/coco. There was a balcony with a table & chairs set up. There was drying rack that was very convenient for drying wet items.
There were very few English channels. There was no veggie salad available for breakfast. There was no bidet in the toilet.

The best location for Monaco ! I know Monaco very well- this is the best location! Just two steps from gare de Monaco (Monaco railway station) up on lift 🛗 and here you are in hotel ! We took a big apartment with two bedrooms, one living room with kitchen and sofa could be one plus bed. So many people can live in such apartment. bathroom and toilet were separated. It was real flat ). All stuff for kitchen is included.

Location, modern hotel, good value
Someone parked behind my car in the hotel parking. They left a note with their number on it. I had a flight to catch so I ran in to ask the front desk worker to call the number. She told me she was too busy and kept looking at some receipts. I asked again and she said she was busy too. I could not believe the rudeness and lack of professionalism in my time of need. The hotel needs to inform guests clearly its a shared Car park
