The room was good and clean, staff very helpful.
Quite noisy from the bedroom doors banging shut throughout the building.

The staff at Reception was very nice, polite and accommodated us when we asked for a travel cot. He brought it to our room and made our stay a lot easier as a family.
The room was spacious for the 4 of us and very comfortable. This was our first trip in a hotel as a family and after this positive experience, we will be happy to do it again!

Very nice room and bed. Breakfast was also very good.
2.0
The breakfast was well presented but short on some items.
No evening meal available

Restaurant very poor. We were accused by a lady with a tight haircut , who appeared to be an undermanager, of not paying for our meal. She clearly didn't check at the cash desk. When advised of the situation she RAN off to check with a colleague and then disappeared. Her colleague, who appeared to be in charge seemed to think the situation funny. When we complained on checkout the receptionist expressed some empathy and apologised but he too laughed.

The Junior Suit was lovely. I was a good size and so was the bed. The bathroom was modern and very clean.
The dining room was closed and we were told it was due to lack of staff. we only saw one person on duty at any one time, not very good for a 4 star Hotel

no daily room cleaning service, fridge did not work
4.5
Good value.
Clean and quiet.
Friendly staff.
A bit dated (especially the bathroom).
No on-site (or walkable) dining option on Sundays.

Good standard hotel. Front desk staff excellent
Kept awake literally THE WHOLE NIGHT by noise in the car park.
Absolutely terrible s had a very long and busy day ahead. I realise this does not happen every night and is probably outside the hotels control, however we should be offered recompense.
4.5
Air conditioning in room, very good buffet breakfast

The staff was helpful although not always the sharpest tool in the box. The rooms were clean and wholesome. The facilities are in need of some freshening-up.
Upon arrival, we were made to wait until 5:30pm for our rooms even though they were supposed to be available at 3:00pm. Also, I had asked to extend the rooms for a second night, but only one room was extended. I had also to correct the receptionist who said, initially, they had no suite available for the second night. I pointed out that I had called the previous night and had been told then that there was a cancellation.

Parking, it's huge and for free.
The breakfast is far from a 4 star level (and below other French Mercure hotels which in general don't stand out for their breakfast quality).
4.5
It was convenient, inexpensive and very comfortable. Perfect for a family!
2.5
The fact that the air conditioning was not working in my room and they didn’t do anything about it. There was heat in the room it was not confortable for sleeping.
2.5
Staff very helpful. Kettle and fridge useful. Covid measures were sensible.
Restaurant quality - reheated precooked food. Out of town is unusual for Mercure. The power to our room went off but was fixed within 10 minutes by friendly helpful staff.
3.5
Pillows were uncomfortable
4.8
Location was okay for us although if you wanted to be near the city it may be a little far out.
It was clean, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy parking.
Nothing really
