Muy buena opción con niños

Habitación familiar con sofá cama muy cómodo para los niños. Piscina y minigolf gratuito. Desayuno y cena excelente. Personal muy amable.

Moisture and bad smell

Good parking lot.

Not quite a 4* hotel. All the doors and furniture are old and worn out. A lot of moisture everywhere. Some strange insects inside the room. Bad smell in the bathroom, even if it was cleaned daily. Some lights in our room were broken. The sofa-bed was broken too and uncomfortable. I can't find something good in this hotel. Maybe the entertainment facilities saved the day, but when you come back to your room, you came back to the unpleasant reality...

The refrigerator did not work and had to be replaced and a lamp did not work and was not fixed in my two overnight stay

Comfortable hotel with pool in excellent location for visiting the Chateaux of the Loire

Superb

Charming staff. Very comfortable room. Very good restaurant. Excellent stopping-off point when driving from SW France to Calais. It's the third Novotel in the region that we have tried (the others being Le mans and Orleans). They have all been of a good standard but this is the best in my view.

Fabulous stay. Aircon needs attention.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and children ate free. The swimming pool and crazy golf made the kids happy.

The room was too hot as the air conditioning was not very good.

Beautiful views and lots of entertainment for the children, shame about the air con.

I thought the location and views were gorgeous and the staff were friendly.

The air conditioning was very poor. We were not offered a reservation at the restaurant on arrival and once we tried to book, it was not possible to eat there. This was disappointing as had two children with us after a long day travelling and weren’t keen on travelling into Amboise that evening to find some food as wanted to explore the next day after some rest. We weren’t offered any small bites nor was room service offered. The restaurant was only half full too. We ended up having to get Uber eats and dined on the terrace which was actually quite pleasant but not quite what we were expecting! We are big fans of Novotel hotels but this was not to their usual standard unfortunately.
