Guter Aufenthalt

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Bahnhof ist in direkter Nähe inklusive Einkaufszentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. An sich sauber außer das oben aufgeführte

Das Bett ist in die Jahre gekommen und hing unten durch. Der Wasserhahn war etwas kalkhaltig und die Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Preis für eine Nacht war relativ hoch, was aber auch damit zusammenhängen könnte das relativ kurzfristig gebucht wurde

Good hotel, area not so great.

Good sized room, 2 single beds. At back of hotel, very quiet location. Some noise from hotel garden below but not really a problem. Helpful staff. 5/10 mins to nearest train station which took us to centre of Berlin and Olympic Stadium.

Nothing in area, no bars or restaurants but train station close by to take you to where you want to go. Paid Berlin city tax on top of accommodation fee.

Isn't clean. We take family room , 2 person and baby , there was no bed for the baby . It was too expensive . mostly, very bad experience .

Would have been perfect if we could find a fridge in the room.

Very good location, friendly staff, parking space, good breakfast, clean room, comfy beds, store nearby.

A little too expensive for what it offered, and we could use a little fridge in the room.

Good hotel if you're working.

Close to supermarket. 15min walk from center.

Bed. I had two beds joined together. Terrible for sleeping. Curtains didn't block the light very well.

Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend!

Very quiet area, delicious breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, short walk to the bus stop at which the bus comes frequently, easy bus trip to the train station. Love the regular metal door key instead of an electronic card. I stayed here last fall and had the same positive experience, thank you!

This was NOT a hotel issue and was NOT the hotel’s fault, it was a booking.com issue. Since I live in the US I used booking.com to reserve the rooms, and the site would not let me reserve two rooms with one person each; it kept defaulting to two persons per room. It probably was something I didn’t enter properly, but after multiple tries, I finally gave up and left it at two persons for each room and figured it would be straightened out when I got there (it was, with minimal confusion). I had to pay room taxes based on four people instead of two, and the desk staff was very apologetic about this; but I assured them I was already aware of the extra cost and it wasn’t a problem, especially since the price was still a good value. Next time I stay there, I might have my daughter & son-in-law take care of making the reservation since they live in Berlin.

A comfortable and clean place with excellent breakfast, I felt well looked after by staff.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of variety, and also kind of special options like Eiersalat, Fleischsalat, Wurst mit Senf, strawberries with melted chocolate etc. Very friendly helpful staff.

Superb

Very handy to S-bahn and stores, but quiet with lovely view of trees giving impression of being in a park. Breakfast bar showed extra touch--love those tomatoes and mozzarella with basil and balsamic vinegar. Staff very helpful with a small medical emergency, arranging taxi, knew just which hospital to send us to, found a pharmacy that was open on Sunday.

Bed was a bit soft.

I enjoyed the stay. It was good value, however if you don't want to ride 13+ station with the s-bahn to Alexandarplatz, then this not your opinion.

Clean and quite comfortable rooms

Receptionist was weak at english, hotel had no parking, so it’s a luck I found one near. Location is quite far from centre, so the price is too high for hotel

Met all my essential needs.

The room was small enough but big enough for my needs. I missed a fridge with additional drinks and feel your bottle of water should be complimentary not €3.40. My stay met all my essential needs and I enjoyed.

A very central location, direct train service to the Airport.S/bahn and U/bahn.

I did not require Breakfast. A very pleasant and Quiet location. Easy walking distance to the city and train station. Short Taxi ride to city also local bus stop nearby.

All was perfect for me.
