vriendelijk en behulpzaam, lief en bekwaam personeel. Uitgelezen alles omvattend ontbijt, beperkt maar degelijk avondeten (na reservatie). Taxi naar station perfect.

Modern Hotel with pleasant staff near the city centre

Hotel was modern and clean with a pleasing frontage. On arrival and throughout our short stay the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The breakfast was of a good variety and there was a plentiful supply of differing options. The facilities such as the bar and restaurant were all of a good standard. Rooms were comfortable and of a modern decor with a view of PeterStrasse below. It was a relatively short walk into the city centre where there were many local shops and recognised German chains and outlets.

I did see in earlier feedbacks about concerns around undesirable persons in the vicinity and particularly the underground car park used by the guests. I used the car park and in the evening returned to my car to find a shady looking character sat on the floor infront of a car parked against the wall. He obviously wasn't the vehicle owner. I moved my car to park it next to the hotel lift entrance where thankfully it wasn't damaged/broken into. There were notices in the hotel in German & English warning vehicle owners to ensure no valuables were left visible in their cars. It also stated that the Polizei and car park owners were aware. Walking in neighbouring streets there were one or two undesirable persons/beggars but I would guess that is true of many modern western cities. I can't say at any point I felt unsafe walking in Aachen city. To be fair to the hotel they are not actually responsible for the car park which is a public one under the hotel and neither can they have any control upon who is on the streets.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent. Das Frühstück war (bis auf die Brötchen) schmackhaft und vielfältig. Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte uns, auf Autofahrten zu verzichten. Die Möglichkeit, das Parkhaus zu nutzen, war sehr komfortabel und auch preiswert.

Die separate Toilette verfügte über kein eigenes Waschbecken; der Raum war auch sehr eng. Die "Minibar" kühlte nicht. Das WLAN musste täglich neu angewählt werden. Im Innenhof war es nachts oft laut.

Prettig hotel. Leuk voor weekendje weg.

De locatie is top. Je zit aan een drukke straat maar binnen hoor je daar niets van. Parkeergarage onder hotel is top. Ontbijt is meer dan prima voldoende keuze. Badkamer is klein maar fijn. Apart toilet vonden wij heel prettig.

De airconditioning of ventilator op kamer doet niet heel veel. Dus met zijn 4-en op 1 kamer is wel echt warm.

Hotel ist top, sollte sich jedoch für die Verbesserung der Parksituation (Sicherheit) einsetzten.

Die zugehörigen Parkgarage ist unbewacht und es werden täglich mehrere Autos aufgebrochen. Das freundliche Personal weist drauf hin, was einem jedoch in der Situation nicht weiter hilft.

Super Hotel zum Urlaub machen

Es war ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleiner Minuspunkt, man hörte den Straßenlärm auch bei geschlossenen Fenster.

Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en locatie hotel was prima. Onder het hotel was een parkeergarage (Q-oark) waar gebruik van kon worden gemaakt tegen een gereduceerd tarief. Blijkbaar waren in deze parkeergarage meerdere inbraken in afgelopen periode maar sindsdien is de beveiliging verhoogd en is het, voor zover ik kon beoordelen, altijd bemand bewaakt.

Fitnessruimte is beperkt qua apparatuur, geen groot probleem, verwacht er alleen niet teveel van. Verwacht ook geen moderne kamers, maar de kamers zijn wel prima.

Nicht im Hotel-Parkhaus parken.

Das Hotel selbst und die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Hotel nutzt und empfiehlt die angrenzende öffentliche Parkgarage, in welcher bereits mehrfach und wiederholt Gästefahrzeuge aufgebrochen und Gegenstände entwendet wurden. Die ist bei der Polizei bekannt und liegt auch daran, dass die Parkgarage ungenügend überwacht ist. Mein Auto wurde während meines Aufenthalts neben 13 weiteren ausgebrochen. Dass das Hotel auf dies bekannte Risiko nicht hinweist ist völlig inakzeptabel. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Hotel halten sich regelmäßig zahlreiche Obdachlose und Personen mit zwielichtigen Eindruck auf.

Harika bir 5 gün geçirdim.

Şehir merkezine çok yakın olması mükemmeldi. Ana tren istasyonuna biraz mesafesi var ama. Otobüs durağı otelin karşısında. Oradan Maastricht’e giden 350 numaralı otobüse binip 1 saat sonra Hollandaya geçenilitorsun.

Tuvalet ve banyo ayrı. Tuvaletten çıkınca el yıkamaya banyoya gitmek hijyen açısından iyi değil bence.

عموما في أنحاء ألمانيا فنادق أربع والخمس نجوم موظفي التنظيف لاحظت غير مؤهلين لمراعاة التنظيف نوفتيل من سنوات جميل ومرتب سكنت فيه أكثر من خمس مرات منذ سنة 2013 لكن موظفي التنظيف غير مؤهلين يعني على سبيل المثال ترتيب الفراش لا يتم تغير الشراشف كذلك فوط غير نظيفة تنظيف الغرفة وضع كبسولات القهوة أو الشاي فقط أول تستلم الغرفة وبعد ذلك لا يتم وضع أي منهم مع العلم موجود في عربة التنظيف أيضاً تجد موظف التنظيف دائما يتحدث بالهاتف بسماعات توضع بالإذن وتجده دائما عبوس لا تجرؤ التحدث معه بطلب شي خاصة إذا كانت سيدة على خلاف فنادق 3 نجوم دائماً في القمة من حيث الخدمات نظافة موظفين إفطار 🇺🇸 In general, throughout Germany, four- and five-star bedrooms. Die Zimmer waren schön gross, Sauber, und ein schöner grosser Fernseher. das Badezimmer ist etwas komisch angelegt, aber als Alleinreisender ok. Die Bar war sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Essen war super! ,Fürs Auge wie auch für den Gaumen !! Super !!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer an die Hauptstrasse, wo es sehr laut ist. aber mit geschlossenem Fenster hört man gar nix.

Hotel was ok, reception staff were dreadful, but their manager was apologetic and professional.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, no frills.

The stay was without fuss or event until that last day when we went to check out. We came across a member of staff at reception who was clearly having a very bad day. She was incredibly rude and insulted us personally. However, her manager was very kind and professional and made up for her bad behaviour. He was very apologetic, genuinely so. I was very reluctant to write a review of this sort as there is always a retort or an excuse from the hotel as to why they are not at fault, but if this helps one person, it is worth writing. The matter was dealt with at the time by the manager, so I feel ok about the event, but we will never return to a Novotel as a result.
