Superb

The place was very quiet, cosy and clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a short drive from the city centre (15 min by tram no. 4), and within 25 min walking distance from the "Monument to the Battle of the Nations" [Völkerschlachtsdenkmal]

Bedroom, bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable for one night stay.

Wifi did not work at all. Upon asking for assistance, the problem itself was denied.

Definitely recommended!!

Excellent location with multiple tram lines within 5 mins. Excellent comfy bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Parking on street outside

Comfortable, clean and nice

Comfortable, clean room, friendly personnel. The location is good for that price. We were pleased to find a little table and chairs for our daughter in the room. The kitchen is equipped with pots and a frying pan, there is a little coffee machine and a capsule of Nespresso.

On the first day of our stay, we did not have warm water in the morning for some reason. However, later (after I wrote the message to the hotel) warm water appeared and we did not have further problems with it.

Great, friendly, and charming place to stay for a Leipzig visit

Very friendly staff, lovely rooms and hotel in lively residential area, close walk to National Library, great breakfast buffet (including outside in the courtyard when the sun is shining!)

The room was very charming and the zoo theme a special touch, particularly for a family with children.

The bed was not comfortable by today's standards. A good bed is essential to a pleasant stay.

Exceptional

The room was big enough for three persons. The room has also a table and chairs to rest and a big bathroom, what we liked. We also recieved small gifts and personal was very kind.

Beautiful & quite place to relax

Very clean place, rooms were well let. Very nice bathroom and the common area in the garden. Garden had drink which you can serve for yourself and add it to the entry book. Not too far from yhr city centre as well. Good Lebanese food opposite to the hotel and a tram stop nearby!

Nothing much apart from the fast that the shower pressure was poor.

We will come back! Next time, we will ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the bed particularly comfortable. Excellent breakfast as well.

The room was on the road side. Because we slept with open window, it was loud.

Perfect stay for a sleepover

I was worried when I saw that there is a tramway line in front of the hotel, but my room was facing towards the inner garden, so it was quiet. Room is small but comfortable, well equipped. As an extra my chair said "meow" each time I got up - apparently the air leaving the cushion made this interesting sound.
