Schönes Hotel mit super Ausblick auf die Stadt in zentraler Lage

Sauna in der obersten Etage mit wundervollen Ausblick auf die Stadt Geschmackvoller und großzügiger Eingangsbereich mit Bar Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet mit schönem Blick über die Altstadt (13. Etage) und die Ablageflächen (Regal und Kleiderstange) für den kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt ausreichend.

Das Bad war etwas klein, Aufenthalt einer Person möglich und hatte kaum Ablageflächen für Kosmetik. Die Dusche war sehr geräumig.

Zentrale Lage und gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel war zentral gelegen. Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung war sehr gut organisiert.

Die Betten waren zu weich...

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Wir konnten alles sehr einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal! Guter Parkplatz unmittelbar am Hotel. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und stand immer zu Verfügung.

Die Einrichtung war top, ist aber kein Unterkunft womann lange in einer Stadt bleibt. Die Fenster waren undicht.

Die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal was gleich Lösungen findet.

Der fuktionslose Lüfter im Bad, die lose Türklinke im Bad (wurde aber schnellstmöglich repariert), fehlende Haken (zu wenig für zwei Personen)

Teuere Übernachtung in einer wunderschönen Stadt

Die Lage ist perfekt. Parken ist im Parkhaus nebenan möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Von einem Radisson blu Hotel habe ich mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war klein. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Keine abgeschlossene Toilette. TV-Programme nur eingeschränkt verfügbar. Kein Sekt zum Frühstück. Spiegeleier lauwarm bis kalt. Der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Personal war sehr nett,würde aber nicht nochmal buchen

Die. nahe Lage zum Domplatz und den Sehenswürdigkeiten

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt,erst nach Nachfrage.Also 2Tage ohne Reinigung,am letzten Abend wurde dann nochmal kurz gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher.Benutzte Gläser wurden nicht gereinigt,Bettlaken hatte ein Loch.

Die Standardzimmer unmöglich

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück war gut, Bar super und dieses Personal auch sehr freundlich

Die Zimmer gingen gar nicht, viel zu klein, wenig Ablage… Bad mega klein und null Ablagen , kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, kenne ich von anderen Städten vom Radisson Blue nicht

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Frühstück super, Personal sehr freundlich.

Zimmer sind sehr klein, kaum Ablagefläche für den Koffer. Nur ein Nachtspind im Zimmer. Bar im Hotel sehr teuer, Wein 9,70€, Erdnüsse 4,90€.

Very good

Kind welcome, nice quiet room, well located. For parking public parking is on same spot at Radisson for only 10EUR /24hrs, rather than 20EUR using Radisson parking.

Just a small suggestion to cleaning staff to check soap bottles in room. The shower soap was empty at time of check-in.

Near old town

Near old town, walking distance to old town, easy paid parking next to hotel(bit cheaper than hotel parking), free coffee at lobby, great breakfast. Friendly staff . Big lobby area.

Room bit simple and small for 4 stars, bad shower gel system , I am not the only one that found the shower gel system here is so not user friendly, takes forever to get bit of gel out from the bottle . If is not for the great breakfast I felt the room might as well be budget 3 stars hotel room level. I guess is just bad design of room , is like living in a cube . for one night is ok .

An elderly man followed me and my friend to our room. We ran and managed to get into the room, and he started knocking on the door, I called the Reception to report what happened and their answer was the following: If he comes again, I should immediately call the Reception. I wonder why they didn't do anything then, why did we have to wait for him to come to our door one more time? The hotel and the facilities were good, but in connection with this situation, I was disgusted

Ok but could improve in a few areas

Kettle, lifts, located near inner town, new, windows can be opened

Wifi a bit problematic at times, staff weren't overly friendly they were a bit too distance and overly professional, addressing me formally all the time. When travelling alone I prefer friendly staff that like to engage in conversation. Air conditioning was difficult to work out...should be some instructions with it as it was hot last night and it kept on going to an even higher temperature by default. Was a little difficult to find the location as Google maps kept directing me to Kampfor str. The Shampoo dispenser was only giving me drops of shampoo only, rather annoying. The wellness spa costs extra for guest so I did not bother with it. Typical of German hotels...everything is extra. Would be nice if they could provide a fridge. PS: a tip that is Nothing to do with the hotel but for all Erfurt tourists don't purchase the Erfurt Travel card as in my opinion it was a rip off. You still have to pay heaps for all the attractions.

Fantastic hotel with great staff - highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance to everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea and snacks were available in the lobby all day long. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the city. I’d definitely stay there again and probably will the next time I get to Erfurt.

It would have been nice if the gym had been included without an extra fee. My daughter just wanted to use it on our last night only to discover her room key would not grant her admittance. Not worth the extra fee for one person for a single use.

Good

Parking was right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was incredible. Electric kettle and free instant coffee and tea. The location was great, right on the edge of the old town.

No wardrobe or shelves for clothes storage. The room was very tiny.
