Der Abstieg eines Leuchtturms

Das Haus wird auf Verschleiß gefahren. Kaum Personal. Zimmer wurde an 4 Tagen nur einmal gereinigt. Um Handtücher mussten wir uns selbst kümmern. Viele Sachen funktionierten nicht. (Schranke Tiefgarge). Personal hatte keine Idee, was man zu Abend essen kann. Eine zweite Schlüsselkarte wurde mir ausgestellt, ohne nach weiteren Daten zu fragen. Das Hotel hat mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Waren 2021 recht begeistert. Jetzt nicht mehr.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet

Für 2 Personen war nur ein Handtuch im Bad vorhanden. Die Badewanne und Glasabtrennung war unrein. Die Betten zu weich und die " Oberbetten" sehr geknuddelt. Obwohl die Bettwäsche sauber und gebügelt war.

Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar - tolles Zimmer und super Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Fußminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Rückseitig befindet sich ein großes Kaufland. Der Empfang war freundlich. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen; es ist sehr großzügig und bittet viel Bewegungsspielraum. Auch das Inventar ist sehr praktisch und bietet z.B. eine große Tischfläche und viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Auch vom Flur oder Nachbarzimmer kamen nur sehr wenige Geräusche durch, so dass es insgesamt sehr ruhig war. Betten sehr bequem; wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr angeboten wird und Check-Out bis 12 Uhr möglich ist. Das Frühstücksbuffett war für den Preis (9,50 €p.P.) super!! Es gab u.a. eine sehr gute Wurst-Käse-Auswahl, dazu Rührei, gekochtes Ei, Spiegelei, Lachs, Gemüse, Tomate-Mozarella. Natürlich auch eine Müsli-Auswahl, Quark, frischer Obstsalat und auch diverse Wassersorten wie z.B. Erdbeer- oder Kiwiwasser. Muss sagen: für den Preis ein klasse Frühstück und alles sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Parken konnten wir direkt unter dem Hotel für 10 € pro Tag. Das ist auch absolut in Ordnung. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen und werden es bei einem unserer nächsten Besuche in Grevenbroich mit Sicherheit gerne wieder buchen.

Für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise o.k. aufgrund des Preisleistungsverhältnisses

Zimmerausstattung und Betten waren gut.

In der Badewanne duschen, die sehrt laute Umluftanlage vom Hinterhof des Kaufland, das Frühstück schien auf den ersten Blick reichhaltig und gut, war aber von geringer Qualität. Der Milchkaffee aus dem Vollautomaten glich eher einem Espresso Machiato.

All clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good for the price and good timing (6:30h - 11h).

The room window (209) didn’t close, so had to sleep with it a but open and turned on the heating to balance the temperature; luckily it wasn’t raining. Due to the fact that it was late and reception closes at 23h didn’t make a remark about it. Now, the really unfortunate thing was the toilet which wasn’t flushed by the last guest... Don’t really understand how did this happened because the room was really clean. The shower makes a bit a mess around with water spillage. Can hear the neighbors quite well, but slept with earplugs therefore no problem to rest.

Breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. Tasty

We paid for a comfort room. The first room we were sent to was not clean or made up. We were then offered another room but it overlooked the entrance where people were smoking and the smoke entered our room through the open window. This was not what we paid for.
