staff very helpful and friendly
rooms clean and practical
nothing to complain about at all. Bedrooms adequate in size but could have been bigger

Breakfast was excellent and the dining area and hotel generally is elegant. Spacious, well appointed rooms, comfortable and sparkling clean. The location is in a nice neighborhood with lots of nice shops and convenient services, but removed from the tourist center of the island. Still, very convenient by bus (free), bicycle and foot to the island and to both train stations.
Breakfast coffee was served rather than self-service. Which, while I understand the logistical challenge from the location of the machine and that there was only one machine, it was not ideal when the breakfast rush was on.

Great and super helpful staff

Nicely furnished room. It was clean and toilet was well equipped as well. I like the strong water pressure of the shower. location is ok.. probably better if you drove. I like the private parking which was free.
Nothing much.. no complaints. But Lindau is rather boring!!

The hotel is small and cozy, and the rooms are renovated, so they're fresh and new. The bathroom has a good space.
Regarding breakfast, it was simple, but very fresh and well made. The staff is also very friendly.
As the hotel has also a bakery, the meal space was sometimes crowded, but I've always found a sit.

the hairdryer nozzle was broken and fell off

Upon arrival we were instructed on do’s and don’t’s by a lady who I believe is called Domina.
She was somewhat stern but friendly.
The room is luxurious and the bed was good. As usual the bed is laid with two separate bed covers. Very unromantic but it seems to be the preferred set up in Germany.
The breakfast was excellent. A large choice. On request you could get an egg anyway you wanted it.
There’s a parking place behind the hotel where we found one last spot to park our car.
In about half an hour you can walk into to onto the Lindau island.
The prices of all hotels in Lindau, even in winter, are rather high compared to other area’s but it seems a much wanted destination.

very clean
pillows are uncomfortable and there isn’t a kettle in the room, not possible to make even tea

the location is good with private parking
from my room 24 I could hear during the night on Friday what it sounded like they were using the laundry machine.
I had a double bed with only one small pillow. the extra pillow in the closet didn’t have a cover.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful location 20min away from the center of Old Town.Rooms are very practical, spacious and clean,no luxury though.Great, plentifully buffet breakfast and the best value of the hotel is the staff, very friendly,hard-working,welcoming ladies.Parking on side is much appreciated.
Highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing.
9.0
Clean and cosy room. Old town is just 20 mins walk away.
The beds were very comfortable but we find the pillows too feathery soft for any support. Other than this, everything was great.

The junior suite was really nice and spacious
In hindsight we would have stayed nearer to the main lindau train station
9.6
Cozy hotel, with nice cafe & bakery
