The location is perfect👍

The elevator is working , but seems to be old or not working at its full capacity. I’m usually scared whenever I’m using it. It should be replaced/or repaired

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hotels ist fabelhaft. Das Zimmer, obwohl klein, hat alles, was es braucht. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet: Viel frische Früchte, zwei Eiergerichte, sehr guten Espresso.

Im Gang, vor dem Zimmer stand Mühl, bei der Anreise aber immer noch bei der Abreise. Lärm von der Straße.

Close to Lake Constance

The old world charm, the location, the Breakfast bar. The Ferry being only 5 minutes away by foot and the Altstadt with many Restaurants and Public Transportation -Free with the complimentary Konstanz City Card- at your door steps.

Tight bathroom. No parking on site and the recommendation of the Altstadt Parkhaus. You pay max - €24.- for half day parking already while others were only a five minute walk away and charged you the full day after you actually park there a full day.

Das Zimmer (Ferienwohnung) war für uns perfekt und hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Wohnzimmer/Küche waren ein perfekter Aufenthaltsraum. Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank waren bei dem heißen Wetter sehr praktisch, Dachterrassen! mit schönem Blick. 2 Bäder mit Tollen Duschen 👍 Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Perfekt!

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super. Wir hatten es nicht dazu gebucht und uns spontan entschieden (40 Min. vor Ende der Frühstückszeit). Das Personal war so spontan wie wir- uns fehlte es an rein gar nichts und wir wurden „hofiert“ wie man es sich nur Wünschen kann. Jederzeit wieder!

Hotel mit potential, müsste aber neu ausgestattet werden. Phantastische Lage.

Lobby, Bar und Halle sind sehr schön, Frühstück reichlich und gut. Das Zimmer war geräumig aber alt und schlecht eingerichtet (Geschmacksache). Parkplatz ist ein Problem, wenn der um die Ecke liegende öffentliche Parkplatz am WoE überfüllt ist, wobei die Stellplätze so klein sind, dass ich da keinen wertvollen Wagen parken würde / dies ist aber ein grundsätzliches Problem in Konstanz.

Die Möbel im Zimmer waren alt, das Sofa und Bett sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Man wollte nicht seine Garderobe aufs Sofa legen... sagt glaube ich genug. Insbesondere das Bett / Matratze war inakzeptabel weich und alt. Ein Blick unter das Bett ist niemandem zu raten... hier hört die Sauberkeit auf, was merkwürdig ist, da die zwei zusammengestellten Billig-Einzelbetten so leicht sind, dass sie sogar von Kindern bewegt werden könnten. Das Bad ist alles andere als schön, war aber per se sauber und hygienisch.

Für 1 Nacht würden wir es wieder buchen

Die Lage ist super, Eingangsbereich sieht mega aus. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Wir hatten ein kleines Bett mit einer sehr weichen Matratze. Bzw. gefühlt sehr benutzt. In der Mitte hatten wir die Mulde. Das Zimmer war ok, Duschkopf könnte man mal entkalken. Das Frühstück war lecker, jedoch war der Saal gut besucht und der Mitarbeiter war alleine für den grossen Saal.

Lovely stay with a great breakfast.

The hotel is really well located (in the old part of the town and not too far from the Bodensee). The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Personally, the best part of my stay was breakfast: the breakfast buffet has a large selection of both sweet and savoury foods, warm and cold foods, as well as various baked goods. Great way to start the day!

Unfortunately, given that the building is quite old, the walls are very thin and noise from the corridor or the street carries really easily into the room.

The only part that could be a little annoying is that, depending of the rooms, you can easily hear your "neighbours". It happened to us but, luckly, we could change our room

2度とこのホテルは利用したくない

朝食だけは美味しく、品数もあったので良かった。

今まで利用したホテルで1番最悪だと思った。事前にバスタブ付きをリクエストしていたが、バスタブはついていなかった。バスタブ付きの部屋に変えてもらったが、ツインベッドではなくダブルベッドしかないと言われた。バスタブ付きの部屋がないのなら、別のホテルを予約したのに、ホテルのHPにも詳細が記載されていなかった。狭い部屋に簡易ベッドを出してもらったが、ベッドの足の止金をしておらず、突然ベッドが崩れて、足を怪我した。部屋の窓も開いていたり、至るところでスタッフの教育が必要なのでは？と思った。

Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Konaklama süresince geçerli, toplu taşıma kartı vermeleri çok güzel bir sürpriz. Kahvaltısı muhteşem. 5 yıldızlı otellerle yarışacak kadar çok zengin. Hemen yakınında (20-30 metre) ücretli bir otopark var. (Akşam 20:00 dan sabah 09:00 a kadar ücretsiz) Birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Odadaki buzdolabında birçok içecek var. (tabii ki ücretli) Kesinlikle tekrar gittiğimde, başka bir yer aramadan kalacağım bir otel.

Sadece yatak başucu prizlerine ulaşmak çok zor.

Great location, picturesque old building

Great location just a short walk away from the harbor and everything I wanted to see. Lavish breakfast buffet in a very picturesque old-school dining room. Comfortable room. As a side note, I don't usually watch much TV while traveling, but one night at the Graf Zeppelin I was happy to see the TV and remote worked, so I could channel surf German TV for a while. (In my experience, the TV reception or streaming at most hotels is usually hit-or-miss.)

The room was a bit hot during a heat wave in Konstanz. Maybe the staff could offer portable fans during heat waves.

Comfortable and cosy central spot.

Comfortable and clean and in a great location. Very central and a walkable distance to the main city area and Lake Constance, near a lovely bakery, coffee shop and the train station. Staff in the reception and bar area were very nice too.

The room was a little small and a bit dark, as our window faced another wall and the lift in the building. Our shower door was a bit difficult to use as you had to balance it in a specific way on the edge of the bath, but it wasn't a huge problem.

it was assigned a comfortable room with king size and lovely view.

All emails received were in german. We arrived after 10pm and the recepcionist was not very welcoming, arguing that his colleague had already shared all instructions needed to check-in.

We were told by one member of staff that breakfast was included in our rate, only to be told that it wasn't on checkout, and so we were charged over 100 euros for two days breakfast for family of 3.

Strongly recommend the place for a short or longer stay.

Really great location in the heart of the city. Very close to the railway station, you're there in 5 minutes walk. Close to the farmer market on Tuesday. Easy access to different pubs and restaurants. Staff are really cooperative. Breakfast offers variety of choices - local produce like various types of ham, salami, along with selection of chesses, fruit and bretzels. Like it very much indeed.

I really enjoy it, it's my business Home in my trips to Konstanz

It's excellent, food quality, attention, the stuff also treats you with all their best attention, it makes you feel really at home and come back again and again. Even if sometimes you arrive for check in earlier than established time, the room is available
