Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen, sofern wir mit dem Auto reisen, da es „weit“ außerhalb liegt

ruhige Lage, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden; Sauberkeit; freundliche Mitarbeiter; kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie gekühltes Wasser in der Lobby; hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht, bekamen 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür, was für uns ein Upgrade war, da wir somit auch 2 Badezimmer hatten

Außer Duschgel/Shampoo, keine weiteren Annehmlichkeiten im Bad vorhanden; 3 Duschtücher, jedoch keine Handtücher bei Ankunft

Good stay for a night

Big spacious family room, friendly and professional staff, great Wi-Fi.

Toilet smelled of stale urine and it didn’t have vents. Very limited selection on food offers and very short staffed. The receptionist was also a barman and a cook.

Elevator problems which is not good with luggage, being on 4th floor Unable to purchase from voyeur fridge as lock and staff wouldn't unlock

No issues as such apart from AC not working and not being able to fix it

the property itself is clean and tidy and comfortable. location is good

description of the room said that there was AC available, when we got there it was super hot and the AC didn’t work. we asked staff about several times but were unable to get it to work and would/ couldn’t not get people to fix it. we were give a fan and they were able to open the window right up, however, this didn’t help much as it was still very warm and made it hard to sleep and feel cool. also had to ask for extra pillows and the ones provided were very thin

10 minutes by tube to the city centre, great hotel and well priced.

I stayed here during Oktoberfest and chose the hotel as it was well priced. It is situated 2 minutes from a tube station which can get you into the centre of Munich in around 10 minutes.

Hotel staff were friendly, rooms clean with a good breakfast area and bar. 5 minute walk from a supermarket and bakery also.

Great stay.

Great reception and check-in. Room was well appointed and clean. Great breakfast arrangements and spread.

Bath and wc facility needed to have more privacy with only one frosted glass sliding door managing both facilities. Especially so as this was a family room for 4 people. A microwave facility would have been great. Taxi to the airport was arranged by staff, but at the end of the ride we were asked to pay more than what the hotel staff arranged. Feels like we could have done it more economically had we used Uber ourselves instead of going for the hotel arranged transport.

Good stay

The room was modern and useful. It was better than photos.

The biggest disappointment was the non functional EV charger which is our first filter on Booking hotel search. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Nice and cosy hotel with good connection to the city center

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff was friendly. Especially having a big safe deposit was really nice, everything including the laptop fit in. The shampoo and hand soap offered were high quality. There was complimentary coffee and water, which was a kind gesture. The hotel was near to the tram and bus stops.

Despite being a nice hotel, I believe it could have been a little cheaper considering the location. Though, I think the reason is because it is located in the business district. It was easy to reach the city, but it was a little time consuming. Apart from the location, the only thing I can think of is the shower. Because there is no shower door, water was splashing out; it was a little annoying, but nothing serious.

Their WiFi is exceptional. Rooms spacious & clean. Room heater working perfectly well. People at the reception desk warm,friendly & helpful. They help me warm my food at all times. I needed to print a document from my email,file, scan & send back they did it for me free. The stuffs are all nice & friendly people!

No table desk phone in the room,you want anything you have to go to the reception. The TV channels are very few,no CNN & no English channel in the few showing. Also no microwave in the room to warm food.

staff were friendly. Due to our late reservation and check-in they upgrad our room.

There is no phone in the room, if we want anything we have to go down ro the reception. The pillows was too small, i didn't sleep well! Parking fees was around 16€ per night and it was faraway from the hotel.
