Wir kommen wieder, erste Wahl, wenn wir nach München kommen

Sehr gutes Frühstück obwohl wir gerade zur Stoßzeit um 9 Uhr gefrühstückt haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Bahnreisende optimal allerdings bahnhofsbedingt kein gutes Umfeld .

1-Old furniture 2-I booked twin bed they gave me king bed then they lied that the bed can be separated and after 1 hour i called them again what happened with bed then they change the room 3- very very noise area 4-complementary only 1 bottle (500ml) water we are 2 person who will fight on it 😂🤣 if u call them u need water they will charge u 9 euro (no comment) 5- not huge variety of food in breakfast

Gutes Haus, welches ich nicht nochmal zu dem gezahlten Preis buchen würde (wegen der u.g. Punkte)

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Spitzenklasse - das verdient die 5 Sterne Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof hat zwei Seiten - zum Einen sehr zentral, zum Anderen etwas unschönes Ambiente rundum.

Durch die Lage direkt am Bahnhof und die Großbaustelle am Hauptbahnhof leidet das Ambiente der Umgebung extrem. Allerdings wirkt sich das im Haus des Hotels nicht aus. Das Publikum im Hotel war mir zu international (wofür das Haus allerdings nichts kann).

De locatie.

De kamer en de prijs/kwaliteit. We hebben de douche niet kunnen gebruiken en pas na 24 uur kon dat in een andere kamer. Het was gênant. 330€ per nacht en dan dit.

Fint hotell, med bra beliggenhet.

Fint bad, med stor dusj. Stort fint rom, med store vinduer. Grei kjøling av rommet, som var på også når vi var ute. Kjempegod frokost. Beliggenheten til hotellet er fin, 15-20 min rolig gange til Marienplatz. Masse butikker langs veien!

En del støy kom gjennom døren. Våknet av personalet som begynte på jobb om morgenen når de fant frem utstyret til rengjøring. Støy fra aircondition, selv på laveste viftestyrke. Kunne vært litt bedre belysning i hele rommet.

Not bad but not like a five star hotel

The breakfast and Irma restaurant. The garden in the middle of the hotel.

The location, the room was not clean and was not like a five star hotel room. We couldn’t open windows due to enormous noise outside. The indoor pool was not heated. The SPA area was not like a five star hotel’s… Understaffed. The underground parking is not easy to access. You have to ring the bells of two doors to get in.

Almost Perfect ! Mixed Client Experience

Le Méridien Munich impressed me with its chic and modern design, perfectly complementing its urban setting. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The check-in experience was efficient, reminiscent of mainstream chain hotels, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival.

While the efficiency of the check-in process was appreciated, I found that the hotel lacked the personalized touch often found in boutique establishments. This became more apparent during interactions with staff, where the level of human connection seemed diminished. Moreover, the experience with housekeeping was not satisfactory. Despite daily requests for cleaning, the room was only attended to on the third day, resulting in an unpleasant rubber smell that overshadowed other aspects of the stay.

Den Aufenthalt haben wir genossen mit dem täglichem Frühstück.

Lage, Frühstück, Pool, Sauna, Fitnessraum. Freundliches Personal.

Wenn im Wellnessbereich vor Eintritt ein Formular unterzeichnet werden musste. Merkwürdiger Geruch im Foyerbereich bei den Aufzügen, ist vermutlich Reinigungsmittel, riecht aber wie Schweiß. Leider haben wir unsere Bademäntel recht spät erhalten. Auf Anfrage, ob wir für einen Ausflug ein Lunchpaket erhalten könnten, kam nach interner Rücksprache keine Antwort darauf.

Das Hotel ( Sof.) gegenüber ist besser!! Kaffee gratis am Morgen, soviel man mag!!

auch wenn wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, bekamen wir nicht mal einen Kaffee am frühen morgen gratis und mußten ihn bezahlen. Im Zimmer lag nur ein Tütchen für zwei Personen und das ging garnicht!!

The reception staff member on duty when we arrived late at night, around a quarter to midnight, did not explain why the room charges differed from what I booked online. When I asked, he eventually explained, but it was unacceptable that the hidden deposit charges, such as the 50 EUR per person, were not explained upfront. I was very disappointed, and even my aunt was upset. The staff member during that shift was not informative

Al llegar tuvimos que presentar una tarjeta de débito para entregar una garantía de 200 euros qué no había Sido informado previamente. El costo total de la habitación ya había sido pre pagado.

Hermoso hotel

El desayuno extraordinario, lo mismo que el nivel de limpieza. La zona del hotel no es muy linda, pero tiene conexiones para moverse en tren, subte y tranvía de manera muy sencilla.

Tuvimos inconvenientes con el aire acondicionado, fueron 7 noches, intentaron arreglarlo dos veces y terminaron cortando el servicio. Nos agasajaron con una cena por los inconvenientes. En recepción no brindaban buena info sobre excursiones ni medios de transporte.

Schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Innenstadt und auch der Museumsbezirk sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. DAs Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker, das Personal dort war superfreundlich. Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer zur Straße, konnten dieses allerdings problemlos tauschen, weil es uns zu laut war. Das war sehr angenehm, denn in dem zum Hinterhof gelegenen Zimmer konnten wir nachts sogar bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Der Haltebereich vor dem Hotel ist sehr klein und war bei unserer Ankunft mit Taxis zugeparkt, so dass mein Mann mich nur rausgelassen hat und weiter um den Block kreisen musste. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass es eine Tiefgarage mit Hotelzugang direkt um die Ecke gibt, dann hätte man gleich da parken können. Leider war auch die Rezeption immer nur sehr dünn besetzt, so dass es öfter zu langen Warteschlangen kam.
