Zentral, aber enttäuschend.

Sehr zentral. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam. Es wurde ein Geburtstag gefeiert und der Prosecco ohne unseres Wissens im Nachhinein in Rechnung gestellt. Hätte man als Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses auch lassen können! Parkplatz war recht teuer!

Schönes stylisches Hotel mit mittelmäßigem Personal.

Modernes und stylisches Design

Das Personal war unhöflich. Wir hatten einen Geburtstag und als wir fragten ob es einen Sekt zum anstoßen geben würde, bekamen wir diesen. Ohne Rückfragen oder Information über Preis und das dieser von uns zu zahlen wäre, wurde uns dieser am Tag unserer Abreise in Rechnung gestellt. Wir kennen sowas als guten Service des Hauses! War sehr enttäuschend!

Erstklassige Empfehlung

Sehr gemütlich und für mein Empfinden eher luxuriöse Ausstattung in zentraler Lage in Ruhpolding. Komplette elektronische Ausstattung, über Bezahlung und Benachrichtigungen. Haustür- und Zimmerschlüssel über einen Webservice. Via mobiler Zahlungsoptionen rund um die Uhr Zugang zu Kaffee, Snacks oder bei Bedarf auch Weine oder Bier. Außerordentlich leckeres Frühstück.

Das WLAN war nutzbar aber, wie in Hotels anscheinend üblich, etwas schwach auf der Brust, jedenfalls in meinem Zimmer. Teilweise ist es auch ganz ausgefallen.

Breakfast was great - hot and cold varieties, crispy croissants, etc. There is even a pancake machine - you can get little pancakes by just clicking a button! Last day some jam bottles were empty but the kind lady waitress brought a little jam bowl to our table after we told them there are some empty bottles. Hotel manager was also super polite and helpful. Overall, very nice experience for a long weekend. Rooms get cleaned everyday and there is enough space for large baggage as well (2 big vintage cupboards in the room)

Hotel location is in a very calm area - maybe it's us not knowing the area well but if you look for some spots in a more lively area, that's not the place :) But if you look for quiet, calm and peaceful location, you'd be happy.

We liked the excellent location of the hotel right in the middle of the village, but still it is very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is beautifully renovated and furnished, it is bright, nicely decorated, and the rooms are very spacious. There is a very large south facing terrace with a beautiful view of the huge garden and the surrounding mountains. The garden is artfully furnished with different seating areas, a playground and fountain. The walking, hiking, and biking possibilities right from this hotel are endless and right on your fingertips.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Ruhpolding. You dont get mountain views but you're walking distance from all the facilities. Due to covid restrictions you have to book a time for breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for couples.

Nice hotel with great breakfast and comfortable room. Perfect for a weekend trip.

The breakfast is really nice and well served. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Location is also very good, right in the little town's city centre, with many restaurants around. perfect to go to Chiemsee (20 min drive to the north) or to the Alps.

I think it is important that new employees are trained, but the way the managers were calling the attention out of the employees in front of customers was a bit unprofessional.
