Sehr freundlich, Wellnessbereich schön.
Fitnessraum klein und spärlich ausgestattet, Zimmer SEHR hellhörig.

A good, convenient place near the Munster central station. Close to Munster's historical, monumental buildings. We were very much satisfied with the plenty of choices of breakfast buffet.
When drove at this hotel, the hotel's own parking lots were full, and we parked our car in a public parking building 400 m away from the hotel, by their recommendation. More parking lots near the hotel are desirable, although it seems difficult due to the structure of town in front of the station.

Superfreundliche Mitarbeiter.
Zentrale Lage. Sehr guter Service.

Central location. Nice and clean room. Private parking available in a busy city.

- In exchange for not having room service, the hotel offered two free drinks (either in the bar or for in the room). Since we only stayed for two nights, this was a nice option.
- The room was quite spacious (we had a free upgrade to a deluxe room).
- The main complaint we had was the WiFi stability. In the bed room the WiFi would keep disconnecting every few minutes, making it impossible to watch any videos.
- The bed was missing some bigger cushions, due which you could not really sit up in the bed. The bed also had a big gap in the middle.
- The room did not provide any coffee or tea, only a bottle of water.
- The check-in time is a little bit late, from 15:00. We could not check in earlier as the room was not ready yet. However in most hotels you can check-in at 14:00.

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast.
We had an upgrade but we were sure that all rooms were good equipped and of good quality.
It was a very quite (well equipped) room despite of the fact that it was close to the central station.

Very central, just across the street from the central train station. Good room size. Exceptional staff. We went to Münster to enjoy both the city and the countryside and brought our own bicycles. The hotel did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as it could get, provided a safe space for us to leave our bikes at.
Some (absolute minor) things are a bit outdated. Like the elevator built in the 50s sometimes has a hard time remembering at which level it is or the yellowish telephone next to the bed where everyone would expect a power outlet.

Great location, very clean, not very expensive
The wifi isn't great, at least not good enough to follow a livestream without interruptions. Besides that, great hotel.

The reception staff were the best we have met for a long time. Welcoming, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, they even anticipated our needs. Location near the middle of Muenster. Parking on-site. Whenever it was last upgraded/decorated, it was done with the best possible materials. It looked new. Pieces of period furniture and wonderfull lighting. Excellent room with plenty of hanging and shelf space. Large bed. Bathtub in the bathroom. Fridge. Large TV with English language programs. Breakfast very good. Buffet cooked food much better than usual. Restaurant staff very helpful and welcoming. When in Muenster you should stay here.
Pity that they only have one slow lift. On two occasions got the last space in the main car park, although there is another small car park over the road

The room was large and airy and perfectly clean. We had a huge bed with a duvet each - sheer luxury. The location we great as it was only a short walk to the old town and some really nice traditional restaurants.

Very speedy Check-in and Check-out. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Great Location opposite of the main railway station and public transportation (bus), close to downtown for shopping and dinning - about 10 min walk.
Good breakfast.

I love the location to the train station. So convenient. Super nice and helpful staff. I love sitting in the library reading and having a drink in the evening.
My room this time was very small, but this was the first time that I had such a small room. It was not really a problem, but did not reflect my previous stays.

convenient. transfer bus from airport stops outside and it is opposite main train station.
nothing except breakfast quite expensive.

Bathroom. Is far too small for a four star hotel

Very friendly staff, very clean, excellent location.
If you are in a room opposite train station it can be noisy with window open. Best to request a room on other side which is quiet. Also could have had a slightly bigger duvet. It was a single on a nearly double bed. However if I had asked for bigger I am sure it would have been provided.

Clean and, great location, nice staff, good bed
Everything is a bit outdated
