Tolles, stilvolles und sauberes Hotel

Schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Stilvoll eingerichtet, geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Frühstück war super, nicht zu groß aber es hat auch nichts gefehlt.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (Minibar) wäre nett gewesen aber gibt es vielleicht in anderen Zimmerkategorien. Genauso wie eine Klimaanlage. Aber das ist schon meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Sehr schöne Lage, moderne Optik, tolles Frühstück

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und für den Preis genau richtig. Flasche Wasser am Empfang. Tierfreundlich. Sehr schöne Lobby und Aufentsräume. Parkplatz direkt vorm Gebäude. Von anderen Gästen haben wir nichts gehört.

Für drei Personen ist das Zimmer nicht groß genug, für eine Nacht ok, jedoch nicht für mehr. Das Bad hatte Sauberkeitsdefizite: Haare in der Wanne, Fugen waren speckig, sehr viel Kalkränder, Flecken auf dem Boden. Abnutzungsspuren ebenfalls vorhanden: leckender Duschkopf, fehlende Abdeckkappe an der Wannenmischbatterie, das Waschbecken hatte mehrere „Steinschläge“. Die Dusch-Wanne war extrem rutschig, gut dass ein Haltegriff an der Wand war. Die Lüftung war sehr laut. Komisch harte Kissen.

Het diner en ontbijt

Dousche in bad, is niet voor oudere mensen, voor jongere is het nog gevaarlijk. Eerst met moeite in bad klauteren en dan op een SCHUINstukkie van 70 cm wassen. weinig nodig om je nek te breken.

Disappointing

Location. It’s close to the highway, placed next to the forest.

People working at the lobby. Check-in took enormous amount of time. They refused to help ordering the food claiming it’s better to drive to the city even though it was late and it was clear we were staying with a little child (the hotel restaurant was closed that day). On the next day a lady was serving me constantly speaking through a cell phone, ignoring what I was asking. I don't expect much while travelling, but I won't tolerate being disrespected. What’s interesting a week earlier it was completely fine (and fast).

just outside Eisenach, well reachable by car, good parking.

reception is a disaster. check in took 1/2 hour. the people in charge do not understand the system/ program.

Huge and very comfortable bed

shelves in the room were not cleaned for long time so when i put my clothes they were immediately dirty from dust; menu in restaurant doesn’t mention allergens and we had to ask every time if food is or not with gluten. staff was very helpful and was trying to provide all details but i had impression they didn’t fully understand consequences of wrong information and that this is important to be 100% sure what is inside food. so not staff fault, i just think restaurant menu should be adopted to today’s reality as nowadays more people suffer food allergies

Clean, big and comfortable beds, free water, big room and bathroom

Huge beds! we were travelling with a baby and didn’t requested baby bed because we’re cosleeping but they prepared extra bed which was great to put next to a normal bed just for extra space for safety. I loved it! our bed turned out enormously big!

Very clean in general but bathroom had some hair around the shower which indicated not paying attention to the details while cleaning.

Good service and comfortable stay!

The staff at the restaurant and bar were very friendly; the breakfast selection was fantastic and the beds very comfortable!

There was a large lounge with comfortable couches and a pool table, but absolutely nothing offered to entertain young children which was surprising ad there's a lot of space available.

Make sure you get something to eat before and get a room away from the kitchen. Then it will be OK

Accessible from Highway. Near Eisenach. Reasonably spacious room.

The room was very loud in the morning. The kitchen delivery trucks at the entrance right below the room. Little choice at the restaurant for dinner, other places to eat accessible only by car drive.
