Muss kein zweites Mal sein

Der Fernseher funktionierte. Die Bar war schön anzusehen und der Barkeeper war sehr nett.

Verschmutzte Gardinen, Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen, da Griff defekt, das Bett war sehr "elastisch", Frühstück sah toll aus, war allerdings geschmachlich sehr enttäuschend. Poolwasser war sehr warm, nicht wirklich schön im Sommer. Viele Störungen durch andere Gäste, es war sehr laut dort, auch noch spät abends. Beim Frühstück ist mir sehr negativ aufgefallen dass einige Teenager sich Brötchen aus den Körbchen geholt haben ohne die Zangen zu benutzen....und eben diese betatschten Brötchen zurück in die Körbe gelegt haben. Alles unter den Augen von zwei Hotelmitarbeitern, die dieses Verhalten aber reaktionslos toleriert haben.

Het geheel viel tegen.

Het was een schone prima kamer. Met een fijne douche. Het ontbijt was prima.

Bij het reserveren hebben we al onze gegevens vermeld en toch moesten we dat in het geheel bij het inchecken opnieuw zelf doen. Het ontvangst was erg zakelijk. We hebben dit hotel gekozen omdat er een restaurant aanwezig is, maar dat bleek gesloten te zijn. De vloer bij het ontbijt buffet plakte enorm.

Safe hat 4× nicht funktioniert und öffnen am Wochenende hat nicht gut geklappt, weil dem Personal der Code nicht hinterlegt war. Batterie war vermutlich schwach

Recht gutes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür (nach heutigen Maßstäben) recht günstig! Vor allem: Ein ausgezeichnetes und umfassendes Frühstücksangebot; für dieses zahlt man in anderen Häusern auch "gern" mal EUR 22 oder mehr! Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Lage zwar ruhig, trotzdem Innenstadt-nah.

Zimmer (zumindest in unserer "günstigen" Kategorie) teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Kein Kühlschrank, keine Minibar, vom mittlerweile üblichen Mineralwasser zur Ankunft gab es nur den Papp-Anhänger... Unter dem Deckmantel "Umweltschutz" ist es ja seit langem üblich, dass Handtücher bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt nur noch auf Anforderung gewechselt werden. Hier aber soll der Gast sogar die tägliche Zimmerreinigung explizit anfordern! Kostensteigerungen hin, Fachkräftemangel her: Das geht zu weit! Kein barrierefreier Zugang. (Konnten zumindest keinen finden und mussten Koffer eine Treppe zum Eingang hochtragen.)

Disappointing

Spacious but very expensive rooms.

Personnel at the reception inadequate (unable to tell you where Is the city centre, failing to call you a taxi). Rooms with problems of noise and complete inability from the personnel to address the problem. Location is not the best. For sure it is absolutely no good value for money. Hotel to be avoided.

Fabulous stay!!!

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Great water pressure in the shower. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were allowed a late checkout so that my kids could have another swim. my kids were delighted.

Standard hotel which I would use if I need to stay overnight. Would not go there simply for a relaxing stay.

To slow check- in, only 1 person !!and we cout'not chek , on- line ,when we have letf Denmark 2 days, befor coming to the Hotel ! no Bar in the afternoon, no room to sit in after dinner, that not good to so big a Hotel !!

Good place, good equipment. Higher price.

Breakfast is good. Not so many kinds of food. Room clean, quite small. WI-FI OK. Parking is in the parking lot directly in hotel. I had no chance to go to pool or sauna. Seems to be OK, because there go many people. Good is also electricity is ON even if you go out, because of notebook recharging. There is coffee and tea in the room. Diner as bufet is also fair and tasty.

Check-in is too long and complicated. On the other hand check-out and payment was quick. On one side of hotel is noisy road. Quite high price.

Good, handy place for a stop off whilst traveling - lovely breakfast

Breakfast was better than we expected, staff friendly, spa area was lovely.

Pool was too cold for a longer swim.

We would stay here next time

The hotel is in a very quiet location but you can reach the town in a few minutes' walk. We all had good sleep as the beds were super-comfy. Breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful. We didn't try out the pool or sauna as we were too busy.

The single room was rather expensive when compared with the double. No other issues.

The hotel was very clean. Good bed and nice temperature in room. Reception staff as well as staff in the breakfast are was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was magnificent! Fabulous stay!

Good big chain business hotel but lacks a bit of charm & uniquenesss

Hotel has a pool and sauna which is clean and fairly modern.

Rooms smelled a bit of cigarette smoke.

We ask the hotel ahead of time to prepare early breakfast, they said yes no problem, the day we were leaving they said we didn't have time . Also some rooms smells disgusting. They should forbidden dogs or at least Clean properly.

Restaurant meals are delicious Breakfast is the only value of this hotel

The hotel is old-fashioned. The counter staff are not friendly. The room was not cleaned (the previous guest had white hair all over the floor). After using the hair dryer, the whole bathroom will fail. The traffic was loud and there were people chatting loudly downstairs until two in the morning. Forgot to make up the bath towels after the room was cleaned.

Comfy nights sleep but some small aspects where would expect better from Best Western

Large family room, clean and good standard (fridge, good size tv, air con, nice bathroom, comfy beds). Breakfast selection was good, with a wide range of options and good quality. We visited an outstanding mexican restaurant only 10 minute walk away from the hotel. Would recommend.

We had a family room with children aged two and four. We knew we had to pay extra for a cot (for the two year old). Despite numerous email exchanges, a bed was placed in the room (rather than baby/child cot). Clearly a language barrier issue. The hotel did change for a cot just before bedtime, but the cot was broken at one end and should not be used in such a setting as a result. Spent night with a chair stopping the cot from collapsing. Complained the next day and the additional cost was taken off of the bill with no quible. Swimming pool was ok but becoming a little bit tired and some areas were closed off due to being broken.
