Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ich fand alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Kann hier nichts berichten.

Liked the location near Dresden mitte, could walked to the Christmas markets and concerts, a number of grocery stores were located within walking distance perhaps 7-10 min away, a chocolate Santa Claus was delivered with my towels on Christmas Eve, staff were pretty friendly and cheerful, liked having a stove, fridge and oven, I was brought a small baking sheet and parchment paper to roast vegetables on when I asked if they had a roasting pan as none was in the apt, I had a room facing a courtyard which was quiet, apt size was good, I could control the heat and the radiators came in handy to dry out rain soaked clothing. Dish soap, hand soap in the bathroom were provided, a few freeze dry coffee packets and salt, pepper and sugar were in the cabinets ( I had my own shampoo)
My entry was around the corner from reception and entry not as cheerful as you are using the same doors cars use, although there is an elevator it lands a half flight from the apartments so you still needed to drag your suitcase up or down some stairs, small fridges are always hard to control temp with so froze some vegetables in the fridge until I found the right setting., while the apt was not decorated as nice as the photos mine only had a couch and I really wanted a lounge chair besides the kitchen chairs to sit in, a microwave would be nice, only English TV Channel I found was CNN

Clean and space is big enough for family living.
The room is closed to the public train way, really noise to sleep.

In the city center.
You can reach everything on foot and no need for the public transportation.
The rooms are big.
When the windows are opened ist a bit noisy because of the tram.

Beautiful modern updated room. No need to go through the city to get there. Easy directions on the outer edge of Altstadt. Within walking distance to Frauenkirche. Very friendly staff.
Be aware of parking. Its on the street with paying at a cash kiosk. Wasn’t a big problem as places were easily found.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was also really nice. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Paul was incredibly friendly and helpful too.

walk distance to the center, very very nice apartment :)

The apartment was huge, super comfortable and within walking distance from the center of Dresden. The neighborhood was quiet and we could sit in the balkony and relax after a day full of activities.
There weren't any toiletries. There was not much coffee, at least not for four people during a three nights stay.

Nice room, space,good location.
Very hot room under the roof - but obviously weather depending- usually would be fine but outside temperature was above 30 degrees Celsius.
Hit my head on the attic several times- had to move the bed …

Very clean and well equipped apartment with a seperate bedroom, bathroom, and a living room with a pullout couch-bed, kitchen, and dining table. The beds (seperate bedroom and couch-bed) were both comfortable and provided plenty of space for two couples. The kitchen featured an oven, toaster, stove top, water boiler, and coffee maker. The kitchen also had all the essential utensils and cooking tools (pans, pots).
The staff were very responsive. We were heavily delayed by traffic but they provided clear check-in instructions, since we arrived outside their reception hours.
There are various (paid) parking options, including two very close covered parking garages (1 for 6eur per day and 1 for 18eur per day) and also street parking (6 per day).
The apartment itself is also very secure, featuring four different doors that you need to scan through (main entrance to building, entrance to stairs, entrance to hallway with apartments, and entrance to the apartment itself). The apartment is conveniently located close to the river and has an elevator. Depending on which floor your apartment is on, you will still need to take stairs (either up or down) since the elevator opens up onto the stairwell.
The apartment faces a street where the tram/S-bahn run. Since there is no AC and we visited in the Summer, it was necessary that we leave the windows open, which resulted in a lot of noise from the passing cars and especially tram and S-bahn. It runs late into the night and early in the morning, so it did keep our family up at various hours.

Was cozy place but as all hotels, expensive
Air was a bit dunkel. There is no air change (channels in roof) Inside temp got high, needed to use fan time to time
9.0
Really good room, comfortable beds and not far away from the city center.
No iron in the room and you need to go to the reception to get it and walk with iron along the street :)
9.0
Plenty of room and bright with fresh air due to large windows. Also curtains to draw to shut out light overnight. Little balcony a bonus. Quiet area with easy walking to old town plus nearby supermarket. Kitchen - well supplied.
An iron and coffee machine ( pods) would be most useful.

The location is fantastic, and the apartment was very big. It was very well equipped. I especially liked the comfy chair! It has the typical German-style double bed with "Ritze".
I have mentioned to the reception desk that the bedside lights were too dim to read comfortably in bed. That is just a very minor point though.

The location is near the transportation. It's easy to find. The room is so big & very clean with balcony.
The staff Paul is so accommodating I arrived at 11am then he let me check in. I am an Asian young solo traveler and was welcomed well.
