Gut aber etwas laut

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Bushaltestelle liegt sehr nah. Das Zimmer ist recht gross und geht gut für drei Personen.

Leider ist die Strasse stark befahren was man auch in der Nacht hört. Auch von drinnen sind diverse laute Geräusche zu hören wie das Zuschlag von Türen. Die Matratze hängt auch etwas durch.

Hotel molto carino e in ottima posizione

Ottima colazione, 100% bio. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento ma in una zona dove parcheggiare è difficilissimo). Personale molto gentile, sia in reception sia per la colazione. Camere ampie e ben accessoriate (la nostra si affacciava su un piccolo giardino con delle arnie).

Would stay here again because of location and free parking

Hotel is a few bus stop away from Old Town. Parking for our rental car was available free of charge. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Reception personnel were really friendly and very helpful.

Shower drain was not draining well and your feet up to your ankle will be submerged in standing water while you are in the stall drying up. Shampoo and body wash had terrible smell and didnt wash well.

Out of expectation. great location, 10 mins bus distance to city center. nice and warm reception. The room is quiet and cozy. The hotel is so lovely in every corner.

Clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine, we just thought it was closer to the old town than it actually was. We didn't use their breakfast so I can't comment on that. Luckily the bus stop was a few steps away from the hotel so we could easily take the bus into old town on a short 10-minute ride there and back. The room was clean, well equipped and pleasant.

Just the distance from the old town, everything else was good.

Nice family run hotel.

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location is good, we tend to stay in this area when we visit Salzburg as we find it convenient. Now on our list of preferred hotels for future visits.

The main room lighting could be a little brighter. That's all.

Great staff, fabulous breakfast and recommended for a short stay

Breakfast and breakfast room are excellent. The staff were totally brilliant, particularly allowing us to stay longer in the room to sort out some family matters, and shifting my booking when I booked for the wrong day.

I thought the rooms was slightly plan, but for the price in a well-run, friendly hotel, it was great.

Very nice and affordable place!

The staff was very friendly and the room, despite looking a little old was sparkling clean and everything was in a very good condition. The breakfast was great too, we love especially their scrambled egg. It was also easily accessible, from airport (bus 10) and to city center.

At night, it was a little too warm for comfort.

Nice Stay in Salzburg!

The reception staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful. He was keen to provide us with all the information we might need.

The room was small but it served our purpose. The parking spaces are limited but despite of this, we were able to park.

Exceptional

Excellent place to stay. We had 2-room suite. Bathroom with shower and toilet are separated. In one bedroom beds can be separated as well. Parking was just on the backyard. Our suite was Austrian styled with wooden floor and furniture, comfortable bed and pillows. Enough space for everyone. Also it was warm inside and you can adjust the heating. City centre is 30 minutes walking distance. Definitely recommend this cozy place in Salzburg.

Very good

Lovely little inn, providing a nice breakfast with plenty of options to choose from to get your day started. As a nice bonus on arrival, we got upgraded to a superior room free of charge. The room was clean and quiet and the view from our room was lovely - right towards the snowy peaks! While the walk from the town to the hotel is long on foot, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel - only downside being having to wait if you just missed one - luckily though, the hotel does have a display showing when the next bus is going to arrive. The staff was super friendly and always so very helpful and they always had an answer to all of our questions - and we're very curious travelers willing to explore everything, so we had a bunch! As a bonus - they have the Salzburg card and map, and they always know how to guide you around town, so don't be afraid to ask!

A bit far from the center if you travel by foot. I'd rather I didn't have to ask for coffee every morning, as the staff had to be asked for such and/or other breakfast options. However, while the breakfast was lovely, the hotel mentioned having "lactose free" milk - but learned when asking for it that this was actually a choice between almond and soy - not the same thing, as "lactose free" milk is still cow's milk, just with an added enzyme. There was no heating and no warm water at night which was a big downside for us. The two heaters in the room and the one in the bathroom were not enough to warm up the room and keep it warm overnight, so it was cold. The "double bed" was actually two completely separated single beds pushed together, so a huge downside for a travelling couple.

Please be careful while booking family suites in this place. All pictures on the site show the bright 'hotel' room not the 'family suites' which are run down antiquated rooms. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and will ruin your stay. Took this up with the owner and he admitted that the photos do not represent the room however did nothing as a good sign or positive gesture..... Avoid this place with a capital AVOID!
