good hotel that easy can be perfect

Great location, excellent breakfast, comfortable, clean and quiet

we ordered a room with an air conditioning, we added money for this specific room, but the air conditioner stopped automatically after 30 minutes, it was too hot at night, and although we asked 4 times, to change it, they did nothing, just promised that soon it will be fixed. another thing is the bathroom, there is no place to put anything inside. nothing to hold on if you need to soap yourself and if you are not young it’s really dangerous.

Great Hotel, but beware of cigarette smokers.

Smokers’ smoke odors from balconies next to ours coming into our room from 7a.m. until past 10p.n. Loved the hote but will not stay here again because of their allowing smoking on the property (or their not placing smokers together in one section of property). it was literally sickening to be in our room at times and we could not sit on our balcony.

Personnel was very friendly and helpful all the time. Great location, near to the market, shopping, outdoor activities, train station and casino. Very central...

Internet was weak in the rooms and slow everywhere in the hotel. I would suggest to increase the internet WIFI volume and speed and the strength.

FANTASTIC, AMAZING

Amazing everything, location, food, pool, facilities. I had Single room, my brother and his wife had a Chalet room. When I saw his room I felt sick, it was amazing. I'm booked to go back... To stay in a Chalet room. Best room I've ever seen. Pure Class Breakfast was massive, pure Qaulity food. Restaurant also amazing food and not expensive

The room was very big. There were two rooms as it was a suite I think. It had a bath tub in the room next to the bed. Nice central location. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also sauna and other facilities but didn't have the time to use.

Very difficult to find the actual entrance point. There is a bollard that needs to be activated so you can drive through. You have to go to reception first to get details and key to the hotel parking. (When you are tired from your driving you want easy access to a hotel and its parking. This was not the case. There was only one parking space available on arrival! Thank god! Difficult to find my room. The location of my suite was not clear. Good breakfast buffet but all tables pre booked so got a small table in the corner!

Fantastic location, huge breakfast buffet, good pool, gym and sauna. Old bathrooms.

The rooms are renovated with nice alpine style, there was a balcony and an -older- bathroom. Pool and spa are fantastic, breakfast wirh a hige variety of delicious food, only for vegan/vegetarian it’s a bit harder to find something, but even okay. Staff is very friendly. The location is just at the main place, 5 mins walking distance from the train station.

Wifi was not very stable, almost impossible to work there. But hey, enjoy your holiday instead. Please renovate the old bathrooms, they distroy your 10* review.

Difficult to get to the property, I drove around following my Sat Nav but it could not get me to the hotel because of bollards in the road. I finally parked elsewhere and walked to the hotel to ask how to get to their parking, that is poor in my opinion, maybe give instructions on how to get their in my welcome email ALPENLOVE as I'd requested parking when booking and you'd confirmed it. At check out parking wasn't on my bill until I told them I had parked there. Parking incredibly tight No signage inside hotel e.g lift to underground car park impossible to find and when I asked staff the response was "down there" Bed as hard as iron, pillow filling non existant. Balcony furniture faded and worn. Staff unhelpful and sent me to the wrong floor to find my room (more poor signage). I could not find my room and ended up in the pool / massage area and the staff there didn't know where my room was. The hotel tries to hard to be chic, nice at first glance but detail very poor e.g curtains falling of the track when you close them, one curtain behind a large sofa so can't actually get to it to close it. You will need to enjoy an early morning as hotel located next to the town church with very very very loud bells at 7am.

A quiet hotel in Seefeld centre

The hotel is centrally located and has a garage. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. The spa is nice and the indoor pool is spacious.

I would expect a romantic atmosphere but there was no bubbling hot bath and the indoor pool water was too cool far us. The room we got was OK but nothing in it was romantic.
