Nice hotel with great staff

Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. Our room was very clean.

The room was like loft. There were very low ceiling areas. My wife and I hit our heads more than a couple of times. Indeed it was very dangeouis.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Most front desk staff friendly and helpful with recommendations for things to do, see, eat. Gave directions for walking or public transit. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good - close to public transportation, 15 walk to the city center, Old City, bus/train terminal. Laundromat and restaurants about 10 minute walk.

Minor issue - 1 front desk staff seemed annoyed I wanted to put coffee in my thermal coffee mug to keep it warm. She said it must be in a cup and must drink it in the coffee nook.

Bojíte se, že se praštíte hlavou o strop nebo že se vůbec nevejdete do jednoho rohu místnosti.

Ticho v hotelu a v jeho okolí.

Objednal jsem si Dvoulůžkový pokoj Comfort s manželskou postelí, ale dostal se mi pokoj, kde jsem mohl stát v plné výšce jen v 1/3 místnosti s malým oknem. V dobrém slova smyslu bych po nich měl požadovat peníze, ne jim je platit.

Lovely stay in Salzburg

Hotel room was very clean and staff was friendly. Was travelling as a family of four. Rooms reasonably sized and hotel also has a nice courtyard. Location is around 15 mins walk from old town - we didn't mind the walk.

Would highly recommend Salzburg and this hotel

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre. It was very comfortable and clean, and provided a good base for exploring Salzburg.

Decent place

Good location, nice clean and tidy room.

Breakfast was very expensive for what it was. Shower temperature gauge is very easily knocked whilst showering, which could be dangerous. No ability to reach compromise on leaving car for an hour after checkout.

Very good hotel for a city brake.

Very good experience in the heart of Salzburg, quite and comfortable, good breakfast, very polite staff, only to recommend!

Parking on the street in front of the hotel should be free of charge, it is not a secure or underground parking.

good room , bad recepcionist ( some kind of discriminatory)

i liked the room very comfortable, clean place.

The receptionist on Tuesday 27/2022 treated us in a very suspicious and rude way at the time of making the payment at check out, did not greet us, had a bad attitude and was insistent that the accommodation "was not paid", to which we replied that we already knew and that is why we were there, despite the fact that the booking application said that the accommodation would take care of all the payments by charging the card. When we entered our password wrong when paying, he got angry and told us "what did you do" angrily. He angrily tells me that I must pass it through the slot of the machine but the truth is that the card worked with a sensor and was what I tried to explain but he got angrier moving his head and tightening the situation more, never helping everything to be requested. However the guests before us (Europeans) were very kind and diligent unlike us who are Latinas. Therefore we believe that this was a racist act on your part which we manifest.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Salzburg

Cosy interior, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We traveled with a newborn and got a free room upgrade. Thank you very much.

A teapot in the room would be an excellent option.
