مكان جميل لقضاء وقت ممتع لكن يجب الاهتمام بالنظافة وصيانة وتغيير الحمامات لانها قديمه.

اعجبني حوض السباحة وبوفيه الافطار والعشاء متنوع والمكان بالقرب من حديقة المنتزة تقريباً 5 دقائق بالسيارة.

أرضية حمام غرفتي وحمام غرفة أولادي ممتئلة بالماء ولا يوجد مكان لتصريف المياه وكان أمر مقرف للغايه، ولا يوجد علامة لإتجاه القبله ولا سجادات صلاة فالغرفه.

There was slight disturbances like knocking on the door at night for three times , we had complained to the receptionist and they took care of it actually and happy about that

Everything. The staff was uncooperative, impolite, and unreasonable, especially Mena, and another indian team member was on the next counter. I had to wait for two hours to get my room, while other guests who arrived later received their rooms before those who arrived earlier and deserved to be checked in first. When we tried to follow up on what happened they responded with harassing answers and ignored taking any helpful action.

An Amazing, Value for Money, Family Friendly Vacation

We were given two rooms and both were spacious & clean. The swimming pool with Water slide was the highlight of our trip. It was almost impossible to get them out of the pool because they loved it so much. The stay got better with an amazing intercontinental breakfast buffet which was free of charge. The stay was excellent and would highly recommend families to come & stay.

The only downside was the Summer Heat due to which we could not spend more time at the beach or pool. The rest of the stay was excellent.

نرجو الافضل في الزياره القادمه

الشاطىء والبحر جميل ونظيف الغرف صغيره لكن مرتبه ونظيفه الموظفين خدومين و سريعين

للاسف حجزنا في اجازه العيد وكان الفندق مزدحم جدااا لم نتمكن من استخدام المسبح بسبب الازدحام الشديد الفطور لم يكن بالمستوى المرجو ، يوجد رائحه سيئه جدا في بعض الممرات

Fix the entrance because it tarnish the good experience.

Beach, cleanness and price value. Staff relationship is excellent. Breakfast is also excellent. Room cleaning service is excellent.

Entrance construction obstruct hotel entrance and taxi drivers get lost trying locating entrance. Private taxi from hotel do not accept credit cards only cash .

Nice,I didn't find anything to complain about. Cleanliness, quietness, kindness, everything to have a good vacation. Minibar stocked daily, unlike other hotels in the Emirates. I recommend this hotel.

Great Place to spend your time with small notices

The staff of the Hotel were very helpful and smiling all the day though I had a different needy guests however the hotel staff handled them very well. Also when I make a request to one of the reception staff, I find all the staff knowing my request and dealing according to the instructions I gave. The facility itself was very good, clean and a lot of activities to do. The hotel gives free rides (go and return) to the most of Sharjah malls and to Dubai mall which is great option. The location of the hotel is very good and I didn't suffer to go any place from the hotel.

The rooms needs one more light bulb as it is kinda dark. Because I was working from the room I needed more light. But in case of relaxation it is the best The entrance of the hotel is a little tricky so you may lose it when you are coming.

the location , the ongoing renovation , the rooms , the corridors as you feel like a back of the house and plant room faculties
