Ми підозрювали, що тут дуже погано. Тут справді погано! Назву плюси. Ціна, привітна пані на реєстрації, безкоштовна парковка для авто

Воняє! Брудно і воняє! Старістю і пліснявою. Рушники у вартість не входять. Постільна білизна виглядала брудною. Інтернет не працював. Холодильника немає, кондиціонер був, але він також за окрему плату

Passable

The location is close to the park and city centre. Good connection with most public transport. The area is quiet and peaceful. The building itself is ok, a good size room, however it is quite dated. The receptionist spoke good English and he was helpful. He took time to explain everything. There are 4 parking spots available, but you can park on the road and pay at the machine. Restaurant just opposite of the building.

I know for the price we paid we couldn't expect much, but a minimum of comfort is necessary for the customer to have a pleasant experience. The bed sheets were ripped and super uncomfortable, the towels smelled disgusting and even if the bathroom was old, with a bottle of bleach you can do wonders. So, if you really want to book this place, bring with you bed changes, towels, toiletries and you will be fine.

-very unfriendly female receptionists/staff; this hotel would definitely need some education about courtesy and decency towards guests -hair of previous guests/staff could be found all over the bedsheets -mold in the bathroom -very poor insulation, resulting in loud and disturbing neighbours -no business concept except renting appartments like for cattle

Not a good experiance

Cheap and affordable. Comfortable beds.

My toilet has no lock in it, No wifi coverage on upper floors, 24 hr receptionist not available, Room heaters do not work at all and there is no remote for Ac in the room.

Disappointing

A two people from pension were very pleasant Pension Carmen is located very good, you can have a public transport to the center very easy

In reality there is no parking but they offer before you make reservation We have an accident one night, one very drunk man knock on our door in the middle of the night for one hour, from 3to 4 in the morning, people from pension tell only,oh sorry It is also very cold, there is almost no heat And it is not clean at all

Budget option with great staff!

The hotel is very basic but the staff is friendly. Located near the city center if you have a car. Has its own parking. rooms are clean. The bathroom is very basic. For this price, a very good option!

The hotel has not been renovated for a long time. But inside everything is clean and tidy. The decor of the hotel corresponds to the last century. But for the price, this is a great option!

Room is ok..but i got penalty so better i stay in some other place with private parking

The room is quite good big..im travelling with my wife and my son less than 1 years old. They gave me 2 bed..1 queen bed and single bed..

Heater not working properly.. the room is cold. And I got penalty for parking on the street. I didnt get inform that i need to pay for the parking. So foreigners better pay attention for the parking there

Not great not terrible.

The staff was kind to give us a slight discount because the rooms ( we booked for 8 people) weren't available for 3 hours after our check-in time.

We arrived and the rooms were not ready. They offered to give us keys to uncleaned rooms and we could stay in them if we wanted to but honestly, that did not make any sense at all. They also give out a form where you have to agree to sign up to their marketing services, which breaks the regulations of GDPR in Europe.

DISGUSTING! DONT GO THERE

Only thing good about this hotel is the receptionist who was kind and gave us a free water bottle.

The smell of the rooms, everything is very old but old is not problem. The problem is that everything was very dirty and smell bad. From the toilet to the bed sheets. everything was disgusting I had to put my personal towel in the pillow so I could sleep some hours. There were spiders in the room. Also the price was not fair for the quality offered. After the night in this hotel we decided to change and there were hotels for the same price that offer very clean rooms and closer to city center.
