Frühstück: Buffet grosszügig und ausreichend. Zusätzlicher Service am Platz.
Lage: Hervorragend, sehr zentral.

Excellent hotel in the centre of the old town - 12 minute easy walk from the rail station. Loved the hotel design and features. Lift to all levels (maybe a few steps on some floors due to the nature of the building). Wifi good. Restaurant in hotel was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Walk to everywhere!
Really nothing to add!

Central location, great breakfast
Antiquated facilities, outlets in odd places, no air conditioning in main building (global warming has been a reality for years now, even in Europe), no way to ventilate rooms or bathroom, had to prop open door to hall with window open so as to not suffocate, pillows were absolutely flat but weirdly puffy and made an uncomfortable hot night worse.

Very nice breakfast

Location is excellent for seeing the sights and finding restaurants. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was spacious and unique. Loved the little extras: free water dispenser in the lobby, face cloths in the bathroom, welcome bottle of water in the room.
Still had to take a flight of stairs after the elevator. The room was on the top floor and was hot when we arrived and it took quite a while for the air conditioner to catch up. Several small windows did not have curtains or blinds so the room wasn't as dark as I'd like for sleeping.

Nice Experience, in the center of the city

This centrally located hotel is the perfect place from which to experience Regensburg! The Dom is directly next to the hotel and everything else is a quick walk. It took us 15 minutes to walk with our bags from the train station.
The staff are perhaps the friendliest and most helpful that we have encountered. They offer free water to fill your bottles, have a very nice courtyard in view of a popular mural (see photo), and breakfast is complete and in an enjoyable room. We would have liked to come back for the popular jazz performances in the same room.
This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Regensburg - they even have an elevator!

Everything! Perfect location directly in the historic district; hotel has historic ambiance with a contemporary flair! Excellent service and exceptionally clean! Photos I shared are of our room , 341, the breakfast room (not the lobby) and views of the little Innenhof (courtyard).

Beautiful hotel in fantastic location, an old building beautifully renovated, our rooms had lovely original beams. The staff were very friendly and polite, taking time to chat with us and give recommendations for the town. The hotel breakfast was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, we'll definitely return.

We arrived on our bicycles soaking wet in the rain, and we were greeted warmly by a friendly receptionist who got us and our bikes out of the rain as quickly as possible, and allowed us to check into our room 2 hours early. We even had help getting our luggage up to our room. Our room in the Blaue Turm was super comfortable with a great modern renovation.

Location is perfect, right in the center. A good selection of breakfast is offered and frequently topped up. All the staff are kind, smiling and helpful. The rooms are full of character, with original architectural and decorative items well preserved.

Location, comfort, everything
Nothing

Everything was excellent, we couldn't fault the hotel and they had ample storage facilities for our bikes and bike boxes.

Very comfortable. Single bed room but enough space for comfort and lovely bathroom. Location is ideal for exploring the town in the middle of Old Town in a lovely square with italian food markets. Hip interiors give a feeling of character to the hotel and breakfast is generous with food to satisfy most appetites. Would happily stay here again
No airconditioning and the windows in the room did not allow much breeze - could get quite warm in summer

The hotel is situated smack in the middle of the historic city centre, easy to reach from the main station (maybe not by car directly). Had a very quiet room with atmospheric timber-beamed ceiling. Very kind & helpful staff.
Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was too basic: nothing special. Just the usual cold sausages, eggs and some bread. Very nice coffee.
Little variety

Clean, comfortable, great location. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast service was incredibly clean, efficient and a decent standard.
The good outweighed any bad things.
