I was a late arrival into Rome from the US. I need overnight accommodations. Booking.com suggested the hotel. A outrageously expensive taxi took me to the hotel and a good night's sleep and sumptuous breakfast.
The taxi from the airport was outrageous. The hotel was friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in arranging a taxi for the remaining leg of my journey.

Beautiful garden with cafe tables and close to the beach
The room wasn't that fresh and the interior looked like it was from the 70's. Overall I'm happy that we just stayed there for only 2 nights, but I will probably not return.
3.0
they had a nice little internal garden
breakfast was terrible, staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, room was decently sized, but it looked run down and had a strange smell and even if I paid for a sea-view room, they gave me a room where the view was obstructed by a building (so I had only partial sea-view).
Would avoid it if I were to choose again

Very close to the sea and restaurants. Very quiet and restful stay. Breakfast was fantastic.
Adaptor would not stay in the socket.

Staff are very welcoming , nice and friendly!
I would have expected a lot better for this hotel for the price we paid To Be Honest ! Its close to the beach and kids friendly - but the facilities, especially the toilets were very smelly!

The room could accommodate all of us but was dorm style. The scenery was nice. The breakfast was good and the customer service was supreme.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower was extremely small as well as the elevators that barely worked. The TV didnt work, we could never get it to connect, stayed on the black screen so we turned it off.

A gem of a place. A few steps away from city centre and beach.
The ‘half board’ deal included Breakfast and a delicious 4 course dinner. The staff was very polite and efficient for my needs. A special ‘thank you ‘ to the lovely cleaner on the fifth floor who made my stay so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this lierle paradise hotel th
Thank you so much to all the staff for making my stay there MAGIC!

Great facilities, perfect location, amazing breakfast. Very helpful staff and bar entertainment. Room cleanliness wasn’t great but it’s a 3 star and I only used the room to sleep and wash.

I don’t know where to start with all the inconveniences we experienced during our time there.
During check in I was told that we have to pay 200 euros extra for our stay despite I made full payment in advance in Booking APP for two double rooms and two nights for 4 guest. They said booking make confirmation for 2 double rooms but single use (first time I saw that) and not being mentioned in the original booking. So I said considering this I would rather cancel but they said cannot and they will charge full prepaid fare so basically we were force to stay.
When went into the room and saw that I was in shock, smelly toilet, tiny room with no space at all and no air conditioning, the fan barely turning with more than 40 degrees inside, just cannot believe that was called a 3 star’s hotel.
I went immediately to the lobby again to ask for AC rooms, and said to me that my reservation was for fan rooms, just can’t believe that in the middle of the summer had to stay there for the price I paid for that reservation. If you pay more than 175 euros per room per night, you don’t even consider something like that.
To end with my horrible experience there, I’d like to point out the general review of facilities.
The hotel is old and not well maintained, the elevator is tiny old machine that sometimes works. The corridors and floors are the perfect place to film a horror movie. The bed mattress are low quality as well the linens, my pillow was smelly.
The only decent hotel place was the reception and restaurant. About the restaurant if you plan to stay here despite all the above reviews, don’t make the mistake to pay for breakfast is very poor variety on it, doesn’t worth it.
The hotel is located close to the beach but with out direct access. The nearby beach’s are private ones like in most of Italy and you have to pay for the access.
Coming here was the worst experience I ever had in any 3 stars hotel in the world. You’ve been warned.
Everything.

Close to the beach, has a direct way to the beach
The room was totally different as it is shown. The room had a very old interior, the small window, the bed wasn’t convenient. The old furniture made an impression of sadness. The only good was a normal bathroom with soaps and so on. The walls were sooooo thin, that you could hear everything, from peeing of neighbours, till screaming in the hall. We were on the third floor and the view wasn’t at the beach but at some old buildings. The personal was nevertheless friendly, but thought we didn’t have so much contact to them. The breakfast was unfortunately very poor, I wish to have maybe more fruits and cheese to offer. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this hotel. There are much more better hotels for this extrem price for such a hotel. Maybe the hotel will change it?..

Perfect location. Close to the shops, beach and night life.
Bed was no comfortable and pillows flat, blanket old. No water provided. But for the price I didn’t expect much better. Overall would stay there again although I didn’t sleep well any nights.
