Excelente estancia, ubicación mejorable por culpa de los autobuses de Verona

¡Excelente relación calidad-precio! El hotel es bueno y moderno, confortable. Buen desayuno. Buen baño. ¡Para descansar bien! Encantado con la experiencia, volvería.

Lo único peor es la ubicación. A ciertos horarios no hay disponibilidad de autobuses y puede ser complicado encontrar un taxi. La zona tampoco es la mejor para bajar andando de noche - sin ser peligrosa, está un poco desierta. Aún así, le pongo una nota excelente. Te instalas la aplicación del bus para comprobar los horarios y listo.

Frisch renovierte Zimmer + gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Von außen sah das Hotel so lala aus… doch im Zimmer angekommen waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr sauber die Zimmer. Warscheinlich waren die Zimmer vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Die Sauberkeit hat uns sehr gefallen. Kostenloser hoteleigener Parkplatz ohne Gebühr. Wenn man nicht allzu spät erschienen ist, hat man definitiv einen Parkplatz bekommen. Direkt vor dem Hotel war die Bushaltestelle. Von hier aus konnte man in gut 10 Minuten in das Zentrum von Verona gelangen. Auch positiv zu erwähnen ist ein Discounter in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der WLAN-Empfang im Zimmer war nicht perfekt, hat aber gerade so ausgereicht.

Overall a good experience

The hotel had free parking and was in a good location for me. It was clean and comfortable and the price was acceptable.

For the price, the breakfast could have been better and the room and bathroom were quite small.

Parking przy hotelu. Duże łóżko. Sympatyczną obsługa. Bardzo dobre włoskie piwko w barze.

Kiepskie śniadanie. Niedomyta toaleta. Słabe wi-fi w pokoju. Ogólnie sentymentalny powrót do wczesnego PRL-u. Wizualny i zapachowy😁. Cztery gwiazdki hotelu chyba są nieporozumieniem

Great for families, or for doing day trips by car.

The room was small but had everything we needed plus a kettle (the water had a lot of calcium. we washed it with a sponge but it just accumulated again). Had a mini fridge which was good for those days when you just want to fall in bed but need to eat. It was good for keeping a couple of sandwiches cool. Which we got from the lidl next door. The room was good. Clean. The sheets were clean. The cleaning staff were careful and seemed attentive. If you are renting a car and doing day trips it is a great location not too far from the highway. We only did this one day. For a family with kids and renting a car it is perfect or for a good night rest on your way somewhere else it is perfect and good value. Close to a supermarket (lidl) and lots of parking space. For seeing verona maybe not unless it's just a one day thing.

Very far from the train station. It looks like it isn't too far from the station but you have to go around and then follow the outer walls of the train station for a bit going into an area that feels a little shady until you reach an area that is calm and residential. If you are going in a group and it's during the day take the short cut through puorta nuova scala entrance. It will save you a good 5-10 minutes. The hair and body soap was very intense. We ended up using the hand soap instead because the other one made us a bit nauseous. (Almond and apricots. Wonderful but smellled like marzipan). Most of the staff spoke English but the person at the bistro/breakfast has very limited English. We tried our best with Portuguese and a few Italian words but it was a little frustrating for both parties. The towels were hard .

Da rifare, silenzioso e tranquillo per riposare dopo una giornata di tour per la città.

Personale efficiente cordiale e gentile, struttura pulita, utile la presenza del parcheggio per chi viene da fuori, buffet della colazione vario…che per chi come me è allergico all’uovo riesce a mangiare qualcosa oltre al semplice caffè. Presente anche il portiere notturno, così da non avere limiti d’orario

La distanza dal centro si è fatta sentire non per la distanza in se ma per il tragitto da percorrere, che a piedi risulta poco rassicurante.

Superó nuestras expectativas

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. En general, todo estuvo muy bien, habitación, personal, desayuno bastante completo. En cuanto a la ubicación, si bien está algo alejado del centro (30 minutos andando), era el hotel más cercano a la estación de tren (15 minutos).

Would you describe being awakened by the fire alarm like comfortable? Because personally I would not. After a long journey, me and my travel partners were sleeping while the fire alarm went on. Than it went off and we checked the corridors, which were empty so we thought it was an accident. We tried to go back to sleep but it sounded again. Not mention the stress that this sound by itself can cause but also the possible danger of a fire. We called the reception number by the phone in the room. First call - without answer. Unprofessional but happens to everyone. Second call - no answer again. Quite unprofessional but this time no excuse. Third call - somebody who was speaking zero English finally answered. First I have to say that when you work at customer service, especially on a hotel's reception desk, English speaking is a necessary skill. No tourist is obligated to know Italian to stay in your hotel. So that guy aggressively answered to our question about the fire alarm with something in Italian from which we could only understand "INCENDIO, INCENDIO" which means FIRE and hung up the phone. Then we look through the window and see a firetruck, while the siren sounds again and again. Scared for our lives, with just our pyjamas on we went out to try to evacuate just to find that the exit of the floor our room was on was locked and access to the elevator and the staircase was blocked. Finally, stressed out and frightened we escaped through an emergency exit just to understand that the alarm was false and there was just a minor incident at the ground floor. When we tried to explain that this was awful on you behalf to the receptionist, it was pointless because he did not speak any English. Again - ridiculous! We finally went to bed to rest after all the stress caused by you and in the early morning we were waken up again, this time by the sound of a drilling machine. Any repairing activities should be held after 10 a.m. when you have guests in the hotel.

Superb

The bathroom was wonderful, clean and modern. The room was a generous size. We didn't have time for the buffet breakfast but we did duck in to grab a couple of cornetti to go and saw an impressive selection of foods.

The location was opposite the train yard but you had to walk around the entire yard from the train station. After a long day and with heavy packs this was a struggle.

Breaksfast is really great. Beds and in general the room very confortable.

Location is not centric at all. Is not that bad but if you are planning to take a walk at night to downtown, you may need a taxi.

Good hotel with friendly helpful staff. Bit far out of the city but good bus service during the day . Nice breakfast. Very clean.

Further out than we thought. Not enough plugs in room Intrusive air conditioning that we had to ask to be switched off.

Good but..

The room was very comfy and spacious, also friendly staff. It is a good option if you're travelling with your small dog like me

I discovered later after a booking-without-cancellation an extra charge of 10euros because of the dog. It's ok, but it would have been nice to know that before making the booking. Also, is good to know if you are travelling with your pet that you can't leave him/her in your room alone, not even to go get your breakfast. Although in my case a lovely person from the staff kept company to my little dog while I was taking the food from the buffet for my breakfast. If you don't have a car I strongly suggest to take a taxi to reach the hotel. The walk it's fine at some hours of the day but is not exactly a nice short walk from the station if you know what I mean

Convenient Location, Friendly staff

Breakfast was pretty good, beds are comfy, room is clean, staff are friendly bus stop is right outside the hotel

I had trouble connecting to the wifi but staff helped me figure it out there are not many restaurants near by and they were fully booked when I tried to find somewhere for dinner, better to eat at the city centre

The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Great free parking. Good location with bus stops near the hotel. Alternatively can walk to verona in 30 minutes. The staff were friendly.

For a 4 star Hotel, the breakfast should be better
