Hotel lindo, limpo, organizado e cafe da manhã excelente

Location was great
Room and bathroom were spacious

Spa facilities were not that obvious
A bit more variety at breakfast for vegetarians

Clean and in a good location
The reception should be upgraded. The office behind the desk should be covered. Also the breakfast was good but overcrowded. May be is the time we went.

No sound proofing. Extremely uncomfortable bed.

The room was great. One thing to be aware of is the shower floor is very slippery. The breakfast is excellent. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We will stay at your property when we return to Verona.
Everything was wonderful.

Breakfast very disappointing….. poor quality, even the fruit was out of a tin. More like 2 star hotel than 4 star. Gilberto really need to do better.
This is a bland hotel with no personality. My advice is try other hotels.

I stayed here for my first solo trip to Verona. The hotel is ideally located and walking distance from everywhere. Easy to get too the Centre and also train station if you are thinking of going to Lake Garda.

I loved the lounge at the entrance, my room was beautiful and very clean. The shower was large enough so you could move around and weren’t constantly hitting the walls. Breakfast had a lovely variety of food, and the staff were very helpful.
The only thing I didn’t like in the bathroom was that there was no curtain or anything on the window, so I was worried people would be able to see me (even though houses were far enough away.) I wish there were more spa services… massage therapy, facials, etc., instead of just the sauna steam baths and showers. unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to try the spa service because I only stayed one night.

A good choice at breakfast time, always well stocked and plenty of different types of food (hot and cold). Room very spacious and well furnished. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. The bed was big and very comfortable.
Better quality toiletries

Very comfortable hotel. Very spacious rooms and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Short walk to the arena and parking on site.
That parking came at an additional cost. Also the lift was tiny which was quite inconvenient with a buggy.
