Rooms had high standard and were very clean.

There was almost no ”sea view” but rather ”ugly parking lot view”. The surroundings of the hotel were rather dull. The ventilation was noisy. I received promotional emails despite opting out on this at check-in (and then a lengthy explanation at the front desk why this was the case and I really can’t opt out if I wanted to use their WiFi). Breakfast was good but I could only enjoy the second serving as the first was thrown away together with my personal belongings (with no explanation or apology).

check-in e check-out lentissimi. nonostante clienti, nuova registrazione. camera non pulitissima. materasso e cuscini pessimi. durante la doccia, acqua calda va e viene. ho dormito malissimo per via dei rumori al piano di sopra. camere non insonorizzate, si sente russare il vicino. rispetto all’ultimo soggiorno, veramente pessimo

Photos misrepresent quality of hotel , would not recommend as bad value for money

Nothing , it did not meet the description or photos, totally misrepresented , not sure how this could be a 4 star hotel

Room was ok , hotel surroundings very run down , pool shabby , breakfast very basic, power went off . We checked out after one night of a two night booking most expensive place we’d stayed in Italy and by far the worst . No refund was offered and parking was added on top

Approach to hotel shabby. Breakfast decent, but only pool snacks available at all other times. Restraunt owned and recomended by hotel "la Lepanto" in old town one of the worst experiences we have had in years. Insulting rude behaviour by ONE s...taff member was not taken seriously by management at restaurant or hotel. UNFORGIVABLE Try avoid it. Very expensive

Lovely stay in Alghero

A fantastic stay, not to long of a walk to the old town, lovely beach just across the street and a small pool on the roof that we sun bathed around. All in i thought the hotel was really good, the rooms where clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was also good with lota of options and we only payed 10 euros extra for it a very good price.

Think parking should be included, the proce per night is reasonable so i think if you are paying that anyway, throwing parking on top inlcuded is not a lot to ask

Wedding anniversary

Delightful staff. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Celebrating our wedding anniversary they sent a bottle of wine to our room which was greatly appreciated.

The bad smell coming from our bathroom but on referral to reception they immediately changed our room.

Very close to the beach, but still quiet at night. Good breakfast and nice sea view from the pool. Friendly and helpful staff without being intrusive.

Location

Small room. Safe not secured to anything, you could pick it up and walk out. Car park €15 per day. Breakfast basic. Expensive compared to other accommodation. Should not be rated at 4star!!!

It was a very relaxing holiday with the rooftop pool and the beach across the road.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of nice fruit, coffee, bread and desserts!

The price was high but I booked late.

Disappointing

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The location was not what we were expecting from the photographs. This hotel is back from the sea road and has views of car park, waste land, run down apartment blocks. It's a long walk from the old town.

Superb

Great location across from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within close walking distance, staff really helpful, rooms cleaned every day and nothing too much trouble.
