Sad end to a wonderful holiday!!

Staff attitude left a lot to be desired , extremely unhelpful when asked to help with ordering food, rude. Dress code non existent and disheveled. Window in room did not open. Air conditioning did not work. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only one extra pillow when it’s a double room.

Nessuna cosa mi ha colpito in particolare

Kit di cortesia povero per un 4 stelle, mancavano spazzolino, ciabattine, e altre piccole cose che aiutano in un viaggio confortevole. Il personale alla reception non era mai sorridente, e sempre preso da più cose contemporaneamente. La camera datata.

it served a purpose of cheap and easy access. defo business and not a family holiday hotel.

near to the airport, good parking, fast checkout, ok rooms.

mosquitos everywhere, dirty place, not worth a Penny

The rooms were filled with mosquitos, the bed sheets were ripped, the room and hotel in general had a horrible smell to it

the rooms were big

Ac didn’t work when told the staff they told to open the windows which let the mosquitoes in. staff wasn’t nice. no public transport nearby, only was to go is to call a cab(which is expensive)

The coffee machine at breakfast.

The location beside some traffic roundabouts, and the fact that I was charged for a breakfast I didn’t have the opportunity to eat and was not provided with the ticket for the breakfast room in any case.

Exceptional

The room is quiet big , clean and very comfortable. What I prefer only that we could have a kettle in the room.? Otherwise everything was perfect.

Was OK for 2 nights, but next time would find something closer to the city.

Breakfast was great, close to the airport, big room.

No Kettle in the room, can't make tea and coffee. 10 min walk to the closest bus stop, not possible to park a scooter or a bike.

Scam !!

I didn t enjoy my stay at all.

Even thought the Hotel It s 2 km away from airport, Google Maps actually gives a 22 min. Walk option and they SELL themselves as a "Airport nearby Hotel", It s PHISICALLY imposible to arrive without a car or shuttle !! I wonder why they NEVER especifie that on NONE the Hotel descriptions. Sounds pretty convenient, doesn t It ?

very clean and well presented hotel

very helpful and friendly staff.

Wi-Fi was poor. constantly dropping especially on the evenings. toiletries provided but it would have been an added benefit if a kettle was provided so that at least you can get a hot drink in your room.

Certainly does what it says on the tin.

We landed late in Pisa and it was after midnight when we arrived at the hotel. Night staff were very accommodating and efficient and the room was just what was required at that time. We left esarly the next day, but once again the breakfast was good and certainly enjoyed the coffee. They helped to secure a taxi from the front desk. Its position near the airport could not be faulted.

There wasn't an open bar in the hotel or nearby when we arrived. It would have been nice to celebrate our arrival there with a nightcap. Wasnt too enamoured with the industrial estate it was situated in.

The hotel location was very convenient to the airport which suited us as we arrived on late flight

Location was good for access to airport and train station. Breakfast was fair.

Room was basic with poorly stocked mini bar. WiFi poor.

Comfortable hotel.

Very comfortable bed. 24 HR reception. Staff helped us get a taxi and store suitcases.

management needs to take a hospitality lesson

Nice room, nothing special

The tall woman that thinks she's a boss, that came to the breakfast room and turned off the lights for all the remaining people sitting and eating there, maybe you should overthink your breakfast hours? and maybe that lady can come to Switzerland and take a course at one of our well known hotel management schools to learn about hospitality? worst experience in a hotel ever!
