Struttura moderna, camere ampie e pulitissime.

it was out the way but still local to shops such as Lidl and Aldi, the shower pressure was lovely and very hot, and the staff was accommodating
power outlet was poor, it would not charge our Apple Watches, portable charger and took forever for phones to charge,

Nice small hotel, friendly stuff, good breakfast, clean rooms, free parking...great value for price...
Distance from centre...the car is necessary...

Hotel is very distant from the town center but has a large private parking in front so it's convenient if you arrive by car. The rooms are not updated but the bed was very comfortable and wi-fi worked well. Also very silent during the night. The breakfast is ok. Good value for money if you travel by car.

Staff very nice and willing to help, good breakfast, decent internet signal. Nice location.
Extremely noisy, one of the noisiest hotels i have ever stayed in, it was very hard to sleep. Ok, the main reason was noisy neighbors, but whole building is very bad sound insulated. The bathroom space is poorly managed. When you sit on the toilet your knees are in the shower. The shower is extremely small, if you drop the soap you must open the shower doors in order to pick it up.

We liked the environment, quiet and calm. We liked the new room ( after asking for a replacement because of the smell in the first bedroom). We liked the director, who could communicate clearly and he was very helpful and his assistant as well. The breakfast was good, but, it was weird a hotel in Italy doesn't have grape juice as an option. Mainly because the hotel is based in the countryside. We liked it overall.
We were not satisfied with the first room they allocated us. The bedroom was very old and smelled. The mattress was not one, but, two mattresses creating a hole between them, making sleeping hard to achieve.
We weren't aware that the Hotel was refurbished and that it has two different wings, the new one and the old one. We were allocated in the old wing when others were allocated in the new wings. We became aware of it, after interacting with other guests. We really felt bad about that.
The Wi-fi system is weak. We got our computer to work from our bedroom, but it was impossible making us have to leave the hotel to find a better place to connect. The internet doesn't allow you to watch anything in your computer or cellphone, only texting.
As we travelled from the UK and registered as foreign and in English, hasn't someone speaking English at your arrival was a problem also, even using "google translate".
The hotel doesn't have a transport system to help the guests to travel around. It should have connections or partnerships to offer options to reach the downtown city, for example. We had to figure it out by ourselves. It is true they offer a bus ticket that passes in front of the hotel. and that is it. Would be nice having others options, like, renting a car or call a cab with different prices for the hotel guests.
The other issue as a tourist was the language barrier. The situation changed when the director stayed there all day long, making the communication ok. He speaks English, so, it makes our stay easier. Remembering that we asked for English, Spanish or Portuguese.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Dinner and lunch (at extra cost) were excellent and very well priced. Very easy access to Venice via bus.
