Right on the beach, amazing location
No sound proofing between rooms. We could hear people talking and moving in the next room. Rooms old fashioned

Room needed uügrading.

Staff were welcoming. Room was good size and bed comfortable bathroom was spacious and very clean. We only stayed overnight and so didn’t experience anything else the hotel might have had to offer. We paid to park in the garage which in hindsight was probably unnecessary. Great location.
Breakfast was a little disappointing felt a bit canteen like. Nothing to do with the hotel but car park next to our room was noisy at night and very early with groups meeting before going off on outings.

The location is unbeatable, in front of the sea and near the San Ampelio Cathedral. The staff is very kind, they offer you all the answers you need. The breakfast is good, with a choice of hot dishes and an excellent coffee and the priceless seaview.
The furniture needs a little bit of refurbishment, the fridge was rusty.

location is nice
Bathroom, was ancient. The hairdryer was a corrugated tube sticking out of a unit in the wall. The hotel is not olde world Italian charm, it is tired and shabby. Curtains wouldn't close, falling down. on one side. It was the poorest hotel we have used in the last 30 years. We should have stayed 2 nights but left after one. It's time this hotel has some updated pictures that truly represent what's on offer.

A lovely room overlooking the sea with its historic building being right on the promenade. Also, the breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The location is very good, easy to get to, easy to move around from and "on the beach". We had a room with sea view; could not be better. The room had a good size and was very clean.
The only complain we have with the whole stay is the bed. The mattresses were much too hard. This needs to change before we return but if they are changed, we will for sure be back.

If I am in Bordighera for a night or two, I really like to stay there.
Location is amazing as you are directly at the beach .

Fab location best in town away from noise of train and very near the beach....lovely.
Staff a little uninterested in us guests especially on arrival.
Telephone reception useless and wifi was a hot spot in the tiny reception area.
It didn't reach our bedroom only 2 doors away.
