Staff gentilissimo, posizione ottima per visitare la Val d’Orcia, con una vista mozzafiato. Ottima anche la colazione.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the pool and breakfast area.
There was no bar service by the pool area we had to go to reception to ask for a glass of wine.

Beautiful place!
Very friendly staff.

Amazing views from hotel. Perfect location central to the village. Like any old, Tuscany village, parking had some challenges, but the staff was AMAZING at figuring it out with us. Truly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fabulous breakfast also.
Nothing. Loved it!

Both the view and location were exceptional. They gave us on site parking rather than having to park at top of hill.
Tha fact that we didn't get the rooms (3) that we were expecting. It appears according to the hotel that Booking.com are falsely representing the room. Photo's are not of the room we got or were expecting. Manager said that we couldn't change as the rooms were all booked. Total lie, almost all the keys were on the board, it appeared that only 2 other rooms were in use. I booked this accommodation for my brother's7 honeymoon and other brothers wedding anniversary. All this after booking almost a year ago and them canceling my reservations due to refurbishment. I wasn't convinced as it was over the Christmas holidays. The only reason I persevered was because we stayed there 5 yrs ago and it was really wonderful. Hate being lied too and being brushed off as if I was an inconvenience. As much as the view is spectacular will never stay here again. Beds were really hard.

Stunning view from the rooms. Watched sunrise from the bed and it was stunning. Great location outside the ZTL but a stones throw from everything. Great hotel bar with view over the valley. Reception were really helpful in guiding us to the nearest car park once we’d unloaded our luggage and gave us a permit to stay there for the duration of their stay. Breakfast thAt was included was fantastic.
Slightly outdated decor but with a view like this, it’s a small detail.

Room was nice, staff very accommodating. Beautiful view of countryside from the window. Availability of parking a big plus, but requires care and patience (steep narrow entry). Was great to have an elevator, went down to parking area level.
Room a little small, with less luggage would've been more comfortable (we were in Italy for three weeks so had more than a couple of carry ons). Electrical outlets limited, but found some after moving nightstands.

Parking hit & miss but well organised. We were lucky.
Slightly old fashioned.
Would have preferred a more spacious room

Hotel is on the right spot of Brunello country, with all what you need

Beautiful view. Couldn't have asked for better.
Staff were friendly. Big room everything clean.
Wish the bed wasn't two twins pushed together. Walls are a bit thin so you hear your neighbors ;)
4.2
Amazing location and views. Very helpful staff.
Pleasant breakfast. Close to the lovely town but peaceful.
It’s not a criticism but the rooms are simple.
Don’t expect trendy decor or luxury.
More accessible power points would be helpful.

The view is just breathtaking (from the garden rooms, the pool, and the terrace)!
Nice building in a quiet area of Montalcino.
The street rooms are rather dull and the walls are razor thin. Take earplugs or enjoy the discussions of the couples in the neighboring rooms :)))

The friendly staff, the view, the breakfasts, the town. Everything is fantastic.
The wifi was a little slow, but everything else was superb.

Lovely hotel on the edge of Montalcino with a pool and terrace with views over the valley. Good continental buffet. They do not offer parking but if there is a space they seem to let guest park.
Not a problem for us but our room was on 2 levels with steep staircase to the bed. But not all rooms this design.

The room was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly, especially at the reception. The breakfast was fresh. But best of all: The swimming pool and it’s excellent views. I think I need to return only to enjoy it again.
I would have appreciated eggs in some form for breakfast.

Amazing view + great location in Montalcino.
It was a busy time of year so the pool area was crowded.
