Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Fantastic venue with incredible facilities. Staff were very attentive to all our needs and prompt. Reception were friendly, warm and welcoming whilst ensuring all our requirements were met. Concierge were kind enough to park my car in the hotel's private car park and bring it to the front of the hotel when I checked out. Room service were fast to respond and quality of food was lovely. Breakfast buffet was also very nice!

Bom custo benefício

Apesar de ser um pouco longe da parte histórica, é facilmente acessado a pé e tem vários restaurantes bons ao redor. O hotel é grande, limpo e o café da manhã muito bom. Tem estacionamento pago a parte que recomendo para carros pequenos.

Nos colocaram num quarto para cadeirantes e como não temos nenhuma necessidade especial, acabou sendo um pouco desconfortável porque o chuveiro, por exemplo, acabava vazando água por não ter o fechamento de box completo. O quarto também faltava mobiliário, com um espaço enorme vazio que não entendemos. Também fez muita falta um espelho de corpo inteiro

One of my best stays so far

The room was really nice. I liked its design. The personnel are kind and helpful with me. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was really good.

I don't have anything to mention.

A Magnificent Hotel!

Well, the hotel exceeds my expectations. Its worthed five stars not four. The size of the room is perfect for a couple or small family, the facilities are great, the Wi-Fi is amazing, and the staff were professional and friendly. the room service is spectacular, and the food was delicious.

AC is not working, only fan>>> I asked about it and they told me because of the winter season, the AC turn into fan and for stabilize the room temperature balance with the outside temperature. So, all the night we felt hot and can't sleep, and at 1 pm it turned off automatically :l and then Ive to turn ie ON again of course for fan not AC!

Tolles Zimmer mit wirklich komfortablen Betten, super Frühstücksbuffet, gehobenes Ambiente, hilfsbereites Personal, günstiger Preis, da außerhalb der Saison gebucht

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: man läuft rund 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt

Muy buen hotel

Habitación super amplia y hotel muy moderno y limpio a 10 minutos a pie del centro. WiFi se muy buena calidad. El estacionamiento está en el mismo edificio.

Cogimos una habitacion con terraza, muy amplia y comoda. la ubicacion muy buena a unos 15 minutos del centro historico Desayuno muy variado, abundante y buen sabor todo perfecto

Comfortable enough. Accessible to the main tourist site by 20-30 min walk. Quiet place especially in the evening.

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location near the sites of Granada. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The stay was excellent value for money.

Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was good- not too far to walk to areas of interest but also not too far off main routes for navigation when driving in. Breakfast options were very good ,staff were friendly,the whole are kept beautifully clean and tidy. We prepaid for parking and dinner.The set choice menu at dinner was varied and we each had excellent meals- this was better than I had expected.

Car park was a bit hairy!Fortunately our hire car is small but the car park is VERY narrow. Went to eat in the restaurant but were massively put off by screens on at both ends of the room( even turned down low we find them quite out of keeping with a nice restaurant).Fortunately there were tables outside where it was cool enough to sit.

Pleasant stay at a very smart hotel

Very nice room, with everything we needed. The bathroom was a generous size & included. bidet. The young lad who was undertaking Porter type duties at reception was incredibly helpful. He got a map for us & explained in great detail the places we should visit, including good viewpoints, pleasant areas to walk, etc. He did all this in English for us.

The air con was only in heating mode, it wasn’t working to cool the room. with the window shut the temperature in our room was 26.5 degrees (mid March). This was too hot to sleep comfortably & therefore we had to open the window. Despite being on the quiet side of the hotel, the traffic noise was excessive, for example the dustcart was collecting rubbish at 3.30am in the morning, this made getting a good night’s sleep difficult.

Close to train station, friendly welcoming staff, very comfortable beds and well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. They have luggage store facility which was useful on our check out day. Hop on and off bus stop nearby .Highly recommended

Very good

Overall is very good. Would recommend it and consider it for any future visit. Very good location. You can visit the city by walk and no need to use the car. Clean room. Friendly staff. Price is very good (Visited in Winter)

Limited, small and a bit expensive parking Room sound isolation is not that good. No water kettle - tea or coffee in the room. Not sure but this is normally considered as basic in other countries. In Spain out of 4 hotels I visited only one hotel has provided coffee as complimentary for the guests (Although it was 3 stars hotel).

Good for a short business trip.

Clean rooms.

There was no coffee machine, electric kettle or complimentary water in the room. Had to pay almost 2 euros for a small bottle of water. Also, not many amenities in the room. Located next to a big street.

Very comfortable hotel close to main attractions

Rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable.

The gym is very basic. (This may be very specific to my own visit, but I could hear unpleasant noises from the room next door).
