Great location, traditional Spanish structure with central courtyard, generous public spaces and rooms (junior suite). Great modern furniture. Lovely roll top bath with spa
Breakfast bit sparse, spa bath fittings came away when on, not sure on cleanliness of fittings

A very grand hotel... lots of space... friendly and efficient staff.. great location..
The hotel is starting to look a little dated.. and we had to move rooms as the first room had a smell of sewerage. ..

Breakfast was very good, with fruit, omelette, etc. Very nice staff, very comfortable room and bed. Quiet room, no noise. Very good location.
Nothing.

location great - but hard to find with a car - hotel next door had space outside but not Garvey
I booked a Junior Suite and found it was on 2nd floor yet lift only went to first floor - so we had to carry everything up another set of very narrow stairs etc

A lovely place in the heart of the city. A very friendly reception and very informative about the parking.
I was on a motorbike and the parking would have been tricky for me so I parked nearby.

We had 2 weeks of vacation in Spain and stayed in 5 different hotels, all are very good except your hotel: Reserved via booking.com we paid 143€ for one night for the room which was available on your website for 110€ !.- in a 4 stars hotel which should never be valuated at 4 stars. The room is very big with a Jacuzzi but is not suited for an overnight stay!
- We could not sleep because the insolation is not only insufficient but to top it the window doors cannot even be shut firmly. The loud noise on the street all the time until 2h30 made sleeping impossible. At around 10 pm noticing that there was no shower cap in the room I went down to the receptionist and complained about the noise, she said it would end soon. When finally sleeping a passing very loud water truck at 6h30 ending all further sleeping attempts. ( we took 2 videos, one can hear loudly the noise with the window closed)
- In the early morning trying at every angle and knob, I could not get the shower to work. I could only use the shower hanging on the Jacuzzi. The explanations we got later is “we know it is difficult but I can show you how to make it work”. However, who would like somebody to come to the room in the early morning to show you how the show works!
- The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. When asking for a map she just handed it without any comment. She also forgot to give us the wifi code and we had to go down to ask her. When we told her that we almost did not sleep at night, she said why didn’t you ask to change the room, without having offered it knowing full well that but the noise would not stop until the early hours of next morning..
- The room did not provide a welcome water bottle nor a coffee/tea maker (all other hotels on our 2 week trip had it).
Any other hotel would have shown regrets by at the least reducing the charge for the night.
This disastrous experience made us regret having stopped at Jerez!

I'd love the location! Excellent: just a block from the main shopping street

Excellent accommodations in a centrally located part of one of Spains nicest cities. People often just do day trips out of Sevilla but drink some Jerez and enjoy this place...catch a flamenco show as well

We upgraded to a junior suite. Wow what a room. Enormous with a huge balcony, separate bathroom and shower room. Huge lounge area with leather comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help us.
Better choice of TV channels, but no big issue

There was no explanation of what was available- we saw other guests had eggs and so the following morning we asked for some. It should be clear that this was available.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms would have been great.

very nicely decorated, walking distance to places, good restaurants near by

The building was beautiful and location perfect for walking around Jerez.
We booked a room with an amazing roof terrace just for the room loved it. This room had quite a few stairs to access it but fine for us.
Our Son and partner also had a beautiful room on the 1st floor with two Juliet balconies overlooking the square. I would like to keep this hotel a secret but would highly recommend 😊
There is also parking at the hotel so can leave car and walk everywhere

Beautiful hotel in historic building. The room was spacious with very high ceilings. There was a jacuzzi bathtub that was fabulous to use. Very well located to everything in the centro histórico. Great value for the price.
We were here in winter, where many buildings (especially older buildings) are not especially well-heated. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, and sleeping was fine with the extra blanket provided. WiFi was also spotty in the room.

This is a small, well appointed 4* very well located on the edge of the old town, easy to find and with good covered parking at the rear. A short stroll through a pedestrian priority zone brings you to the heart of the historical area. We booked a Junior Suite on the first floor which was very large, very comfortable and very - red! There was a spacious private balcony that ran the complete width of the hotel at the rear and overlooked the outside dining area (not in use as it was early January!). The bathroom had double basins and sufficient drawers and shelves for toiletries etc., a facility we find all too infrequently in hotels nowadays. There was a large roll top spa bath and separate power shower.
Breakfast was buffet style with a reasonable selection plus a cook on hand to prepare hot food fresh to your requirements.
Front of house staff were smart, professional and knowledgeable about local attractions with excellent recommendations for restaurants and tapas bars.
A bar would have been nice for a nightcap but I suspect this was just a low season lack. There is an attractive central patio where I suspect there would be bar service in high season as well as the 'garden' area at the rear.
The pillows are rather hard.

Excellent central location, very good breakfast , excellent staff ( especially Sandra on reception)
The bedroom doors do not have any form of dampening hinge and so the noise of doors being left to slam shut was a particular annoyance
