the place was ideal because it was close to the train station,it had metro near it and a lot of restaurants in the area
the bed was very bad with a lot of noice coming from it, with the constant fear of falling off from it. Also it didn´t have any plug near the bed to charge your phone

The bath in the room didn't work as expected.
Walls were really thin and you could hear everything.
Broken toilet door in room

near Chamartin station, nice large room, friendly staff.
The buffet breakfast which was an added cost was very basic (but adequate), not much more choice than the lower cost continental breakfast.
the basin drain in my bathroom appeared to br blocked.

Nothing
on booking they shows different room after payment confirmation they send different picture of room then on arrival they give us worse then ever room. They takes advance payment because they know their property and service is below standard. they are only one person on the name of staff and she is rude and not cooperative.

The property had a nice sized bed and the sheets were very nice. The room had very good air conditioning and heating controls allowing for some good comfort.
The location was great with metro access only a 4 minute walk from the entrance of the Hotel!
Using the shower was nice as the water was hot instantly and the pressure was very good. The bathroom was quite hygienic and minimal.
A hairdryer was also included in the bathroom which was a nice amenity to have.
The Check-In process was extremely slow and strangely troublesome requiring me and my partner 2 forms of ID each, and even after this we waited a while for our room cards.
On the second night we returned and my card no longer worked. Had to get a new one at the desk which was relatively easy and straightforward but not ideal.
The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly due to bad handiwork, strange lip on the edge of the door and doorway frame.
The room only had 1 power socket one one side of the large bed which wasn’t very couple friendly for their own devices
The hairdryer wasn’t very powerful, although I realise this is pretty standard across hotels in Europe!

Everything was ok

Location was a few blocks to the metro. The staff were very friendly and tried hard to resolve the problems we encountered.
Location appeared rundown, the bedside lamp didn’t work, was replaced the next day, same with the safe in the room , didn’t work the first day but was replaced the second day. The reception area had a couch that needed replacement, saggy cushions and worn looking

The value of money is not equivalent to service
