Demasiado retro la remodelacion no fue suficiente
Baño con bañera, le hace falta una vuelta. Para el precio que cobran.

El recepcionista nos ofreció un upgrade pagando que rechazamos y nos asigno la habitación 112. Bajo mi punto de vista inaceptable para un 5 estrellas con vistas al patio interior lleno de maquinas con el consecuente ruido.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno. Personale cortese, hotel stupendo, camere grandi e pulite. Colazione fornita di tutto e molto buona! L'hotel è vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e del bus. Consiglio!!!

Воды нет даже маленькой бутылочки , нужно выпрашивать и в ответ тебе скажут , что наш отель воду не дает . Ужасный вид во внутрь двора в колодец 1,5/1,5 метра где ветер завывал так что как будто ты находишься на взлетной площадке . В ванной комнате -3 градуса по всем ощущениям. . Завтраки - ни одного овоща , ни одного вида рыбы .

No desayuné, para lo que desayuno habitualmente precio excesivo. Si vas a ir por esa zona de Madrid…en mi caso perfecto porque lo que tenia que hacer era cerca y tenia una cena en Leña

Todo genial, desde la llegada nos trataron muy bien en recepción y todo el personal , muchas gracias a Sandra y Alfonso.
La ubicación es muy cómoda también. Habitación amplia y desayuno muy bueno.

Helpful and smiley staff which is the best thing for me.
Room was perfect, i had no issue with what i found on arrival, found long hair in my bathroom which some will see it not good, i skipped it and i cleaned.
The access to the gym is a bit weird, you have to pass by the roof (open air) and then go into the gym, with this weather in the meantime in Madrid it is quite challenging up there.
Other than that everything was perfect

Cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Struttura molto bella così come la stanza. Letto comodissimo. Posizione eccezionale per muoversi in qualsiasi direzione.
Unico piccolo difetto è la differenza di temperatura tra la camera e il bagno, che risultava un po' freddo, soprattutto durante la notte

Great location, with good rooms, a nice lobby and restaurant area. Valle's service was very professional and friendly.
Service level is disappointing for the price and stars - most of the staff were not really professional and service-oriented. E.g., we asked for cutlery (to be sent to our room) and never got them, even after 2 phone calls; 3 hours arranged night babysitter was suggested for EUR 170 - which is ridiculous anywhere, especially in Spain.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich um alle anliegen. Gratis Wasser im Foyer sind Kleinigkeiten aber runden den Gesamteindruck und den Service vollkommen ab. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und frisch! Warme und kalte Speisen können zusätzlich zum Buffet a la carte bestellt werden und sind sehr lecker. Sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Kellner.
Das Zimmer ist Geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir hatten sogar im Bad ein Fenster zum öffnen, was bei duschen super war! Alles im Allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort!
Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise war alles super!

We been to Hesperia Madrid many many time. We used to like how clean it is and how upscale the service was. But this last trip in July 2023 was a big disappointment.
Staff was untrained,rude and a bit extra. Our room was left without water for 3 days despite our complains . Breakfast changed to less and less choices. Overall we were not happy and won’t come back again
