Hotel en ruinas

Hotel completamente descuidado, en semi ruinas. Atención e información inexistentes. El todo incluido no incluye nada. Tienes que pagar caja fuerte, parking, colchonetas, restaurantes temáticos, hasta por la pulsera te piden depósito. De risa. Las habitaciones sucias, llenas de desperfectos. El colchón más destrozado que vi en mi vida. Peor que dormir en el suelo. Nos destrozamos la espalda. Las instalaciones completamente abandonadas. Hace años que no se arregla/limpia nada. No somos de buscar defectos a nada, pero por lo que pagamos, y lo que tuvimos, es un atraco. No encontramos nada del hotel que valga la pena. Abstenerse personas escrupulosas. Un hotel en ruinas a precio de 5 estrellas.

O hotel é espaçoso, tem umas áreas muito agradáveis, tem várias opções para quem tem crianças, tem imensas atrações para as crianças, a area da piscina é grande e espaçosa. Há limpeza e cuidado num todo. O buffe num geral é variado, faltava tempero no arroz e na massa, mas no geral a comida era saborosa e variada. Foi uma estadia tranquila e agradável. O hotel superarou as nossas expectativas.

A piscina interior é paga a um valor, que na minha opinião é exagerado, a água nem estava nada quente, o jacuzzi estava agradável. As instalações da piscina interior sao ótimas, mas o valor que se paga e ainda temos tempo marcado para sair nao acho nada bem. A animação durante o dia é muito fraca, e repetida. A parte do tudo incluído devia ser mais abrangente e devia estar exposto ou deviamos receber informação sobre o que contempla o pacote.

MUY MEJORABLE

El club beach.

La comida fatal... nada de variedad sobre todo en las comidas. Las cenas mas o menos entre las diferentes tematicas te apañas. Pero las comidas bastante malas, las carnes muy duras, apenas variedad de pescado... A la playa imposible ir andando... la mas cercana esta lejos y encima el hotel está cuesta arriba aunque hay transporte dentro del hotel para moverse por el complejo te deja lejos de la playa y si vas con niños aun mas imposible llevarles andando.

Todo bien

Llevamos ya 3 años yendo a esta cadena de hoteles y todo bien, el beach club fenomenal

La comida del bufete poca variedad y no muy buena, aunque no me alojó con media pensión pero el año pasado comimos en el buffet y caro para lo que ponen

Minidisco copii pt că se tot repeta in fiecare seara Piscina de la hotel murdara când am ajuns dar după două zile au curățați pt că au venit în inspecție să ia monstre de apa și au curățați chiar cu o zi înainte sa vina inspecția Faptul că mai toate băuturile erau extrem de slab alcoolizate aproape aveai impresia că tot ce bei este fara alcool

We ended up here on a few hours notice because the villa we had booked was totally unsuitable.

Good basic, hotel for families with younger children. Good food quality in the main buffet. Nice pool area with astro turf. Regular shuttle bus to the beach club.

Very limited bar and restaurant facilities. No access to the actual beach without a 20-30 minute walk. Environmentally friendly paper cups that go soggy in about 5 minutes!

Won’t return .

Beach club but get there early as beds are limited. Food was much better there and more varied than in the hotel

For such a large hotel the food options were very limited. Hotel located in the middle of nowhere. Expensive taxi trips to nearest towns. Bus to beach club but no bus between any of the hotels after 6 if you want to see evening entertainment. Staff very friendly and helpful with the exception of one male reception staff who we found to be extremely rude and unhelpful on the occasions we had to deal with him. Booked an 8 day stay and left for a different hotel after day 3 which turned out to be a great decision.

Great for families!

The children loved it the water park the swimming pool the entertainment like the circus and the Brazilian show were amazing!! Staff very friendly and we asked to change room which they were amazingly helpful with just due to children with SEN. Water park is amazing!!!!

Would be nice to have a section where you can ask for something to be cooked ie breakfast to have omelet station and evening different meats or fish so it’s done as ordered and also nice and hot etc but tbh can’t fault it the children had a breath time and that’s the main thing!

Food was appalling 90% of the time (breakfast, lunch and dinner) deserts however were great, all inclusive drinks didn't include any drink that i wanted despite being cheaper than what was given free.

Old fashion rooms not worthy of a 4 star hotel

The outside pool and staff.

The rooms are extremely dated ,wall paper peeling off in the room . The fridge/freezer still had the last guests half eaten ice cream in it.

overall a nice hotel but a few tweaks would make massive improvements

pros: all staff but specifically reception , cleaners and animation team were 10/10 so nice and fantastic to deal with. the bus to beach club was handy. plenty of sunbeds. playground has a sitting area for parents (at the back of the bar) which keeps both the kids and parents happy. a lot to choose from with all inclusive.

cons: beds are not comfy. air con is very poor. large ant colony on the balcony (living in the dead plants). food is repetitive for mealtimes and the snack bar. big crowds accumulate for the beach club bus and the dinner/lunch/bfast and ques are not managed so can be a bit chaotic ensuring you have a spot. mini golf area is not maintained. seemed like the other HW hotels got more to offer in all aspects than Riwo. the shop is very overpriced which is disappointing as it’s taking advantage of the fact there are no supermarkets close by!

My family loved the holiday!!!

Loved the facilities, the attention to detail. kids love the hotel and the aqua park. The staff are great Francisco at the bar and Mar Jiménez too really helpful and friendly. Cristina from the shop also extremely helpful and so kind with my family. The spa facilities are great and the amount of food, snacks and the all inclusive options is great. All day entertainment is great and night shows were great too. well done to all

Kids freindly. Good for our kids, 5 years old and 3 years old. Especially everyevening mini-disco for kids was superb. Stuff memebers are all very freindly with good Englsih skill. Meal is not super but above standard.

Wifi is a bit weak. You need to pay for a safe, 3 euros per day.

Perfect vacation for a family. I highly recommend.

Staff very friendly, good selection of food,

We paid extra for the DINO room, which was very disappointing, as we were travelling with a one year old and a 2yr old. The room needs a complete revamp, The view on the balcony was looking onto waste ground and over the rubbish bin area, which was noisy. Especially early morning when the bins are being emptied and deliveries are being made, why have a kids sleeping area near this. Our room and balcony floor was dusty and we had ants, which we complained about twice. The Air conditioning did not work, we complained on the day of arrival and was only fixed 4 days later. This is not good when you have a teething toddler that already has a slight temperature and not getting much sleep due to the noise. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was it had an indoor soft play, so that we could have some play time indoors out of the hot sun. however children must be aged 3 and over, and we were not allowed to visit this. The evening meals don't commence until 7.30pm - not ideal for babies and children, they should organize a children's earlier eating time. Children's disco commenced at 9pm ???
