Enttäuscht da Palladium es besser kann (siehe Mexiko Nähe tulum)

Super tolles und liebes Personal in den Restaurants Lage an den salinas und dem Meer

Schmutzige Zimmer (viele blutflecken an dem den Wänden des Zimmer von zerdrückten schnacken; die Anlage ist eine betonwueste , viel Fast Food und massenabfertigung/ leider auch in den Restaurants nur selten top essen

Fab hotel, pool and entertainment. Very comfortable and not over crowded at the begning of June

Refurbished inter connecting rooms, were great for the family. Views over the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great range of buffet foods for every meal and theme changed every night. Good drinks. Sports bar area and food fab. Games and entertainment, including water aerobics were good fun. Evening show of the Greatest Musicals was entertaining and good dancing

Would not stay here again. This is not our first time in Ibiza and other hotels (in the same group) have much better ser

- The property was located close to the airports and some of the nightlife. - The concierge had a lot of local knowledge and great suggestions.

- when we checked in, they said the room was ready. However we walked into a room that was still occupied and not cleaned. The reception apologised but just shrugged it off despite me saying that this could be a huge security breech. - when we finally got to the room. The room was made for 2 despite us booking for 3. When the lady came to make the bed, she refused to give us more pillows and asked us to share. - The air conditioning was not working and we waited 4 hours for it to be fixed. - the jacuzzi was filthy when we first used it and the filters were spitting out dirt and algae. - Even though it was all inclusive, an espresso martini is not included. But vodka is, and coffee is. - Service was extremely slow in the a la carte restaurants and turned out that our mains were forgotten. - Extremely noisy at around 7am as room was next to the service door. So could hear hotel staff talking, opening and closing doors.

Great food but won’t come back

Amazing food for an all inclusive ! Great location very close to everything Facilities I close everything you would want Rooms were comfortable and spacious

It was very difficult to get reservations at the a La carte restaurants. Only several days they were “fully booked” which is ridiculous when the reason we booked was because of the many restaurants. No coffee served at any restaurants or by room service after 11am. The hotel had a lot of hidden charges for an all inclusive. Room service, certain cocktails, a lot of upgrades for food Tons of families with young kids. Not ideal for an Ibiza vacation if you are with younger couples or want lots of peace and quiet

Hotel and rooms were good, staff were very nice, pools and drinks bars were good, restaurants were very nice

The gym was very poor, equipment was awful, not enough free weights or weight machines, air conditioning was usually off and the doors were open, letting heat in, personal trainer in late afternoon was rude and using too much equipment at once. Not enough seating at buffet restaurant during lunch hours. Not enough food or snacks available at splash pool. Not enough umbrellas by pool. Room minibar not topped up properly every day

It was a pleasant stay overall but would not categorize it as a 5-star hotel, more 3-4 star.

The food options were very nice. The a la carte restaurants were much nicer than some of the other resorts that we’ve been to. A lot of choice and the food was very high quality.

We were not fully aware that the beach was not part of the resort. You have to pay €120 for a sunbed at the beach clubs so we decided to stay near the pool instead however the pools are quite small so it felt quite cramped. You have to make sure to go very early at 10:00am in order to get a sunbed otherwise there is no space left. Also not used to having to pay extra for basic spa facilities. Normally you do not have to pay to use the sauna, swimming pool etc but only for the massages and treatments but for this resort you have to pay €30 for 2 hours. Also it is VERY close to the airport. On Fridays-Sundays there are flights every 5-10 minutes so quite a lot of noise. You can also hear them clearly through the night when you’re trying to sleep.
