Comida..personal de comedor..de las otras visitas el cambio en dirección y personal es lo peor..reserve con booking vistas mar y habitacion en altura...me dieron 1 piso y vista a un bloque de casas..dos noches sin cenar porque no había nada y entre a las 21.25.. la ducha ni podía encajar la ,,alcachofa,,porque el tubo de la ducha era corto y no llegaba...DE ESCANDALO

Ideal estada familiar

L'ambient de les zones comuns està molt bé. La pisicna, l'accés a la platja, la sala gran del bar... L'habitació molt bé i els llits molt còmodes. Aquest cop no anavem amb nens però és un bon lloc per a ells.

Hi ha punts de neteja/manteniment a millorar com al buffet, on molts plats estaven bruts o al bany de l'habitació on no hi ha cap tap, alguns elements estaven trencats...

Para olvidar

Ya conocía el hotel y aunque lo han renovado sigue teniendo la zona de piscinas con unos jardines muy bonitos , el personal es muy agradable y te solucionan cualquier duda al instante, el comedor lo han renovado también pero a nivel de variedad de platos al mediodía se queda un poco corto para 22€ sin bebidas y el desayuno también , a nivel de plancha solo huevos fritos

Fue muy desagradable encontrar nada más entrar en el hotel mosquitos por todas partes , ya me picaron cuatro haciendo el check-in , había en los ascensores en las paredes de los pasillos , tuvimos suerte que en la habitación no había , bajamos dos veces y no pudimos estar en el salón porque nos comian así que decidimos quedarnos en la habitación , el problema es que salía un hedor tan fuerte de las tuberías que no se podía estar, así que decidimos tapar todos los respiraderos y desagües del lavabo y cerrar la puerta , solo teníamos ganas de marcharnos pero ya era muy tarde , un día para olvidar.

Spacieux le spa est pas trop mal les piscines pas mal aussi le buffet aussi mais rien d’exceptionnel

C’est un repère à moustiques il y en a absolument partout. Une rénovation globale s’impose. Pour un quatre étoile ça n’en veut pas plus de trois. Le hammam pue le moisi pas de serviette de disponible au spa une salle de sport ridicule. Le personnel certains sont très bien d’autres sont vraiment pas aimable. La plage horrible. Je n’y retournerai pour rien au monde. Il y a beaucoup mieux.

Location

Plates in the dinning room always dirty. A cockroach walking in the dinner room. No cheese for breakfast, only tender one, the worst. I can't imagine French guests... Poor variety of dishes. Poor quality of food. Activities. A lot but very limited. I joined as 6th person for kayak but the 6th kayak was broken, so no activity. I joined for paddle Surf but it was cancelled in the last minute, so no activity. Impossible to join to other activities, specially for kids. A lot of mosquitos everywhere. Spa was for free only the day we arrived. After the cost was 4eu. We visited and very disappointed for that price. One day someone should tell me where the 4 stars come from.

Relatively good value for money. Good breakfast!

Some of the facilities require renovation. Initially got the room facing the swimming pools pumps and filtering which was making significant noise in the night. After asking to change the room, staff was surprisingly “unaware” of the noisy side and gave us room two floors higher, however to the same side. They claim kids club availability, however our 8 year old child was not accepted to stay stating she is too old…!!! Come on Hotel, disappointing!

The food. Nothing else

So disappointed and a really bad start to our night away. I was celebrating my 60th birthday with my sister. We stood in a queue and registered. We were told to return at 15h00 to collect our room card. We went to reception at 15h20 and waited only to be told cmwe have to wait and come back at 16h00. We went back and once again had to wait in a very long queue to eventually get our card. By now it was 17h00. The staff were not friendly and very stressed. Because of the water feature in the hotel there was an incredible amount of mosquitos. Room decor very old with peeling plaster. Will not be going back.
