Excelente

Todo el personal fue muy simpático y ayudando en todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, justo a primera linea de playa. La comida también estaba muy bien.

Que la piscina climatizada cerrará de 14 a 16 y por ello las hamacas que había alquilado para ese día no se pudieran usar a esas horas. El espacio zona de discoteca demasiado pequeño para toda la gente que había.

Experiência com vista mar

A vista do quarto para o mar é fantástica. No geral a experiência foi muito positiva e como fomos com pensão completa a relação qualidade preço é boa.

O buffet das refeições deveria ter mais opções e com um pouco mais de qualidade, sendo satisfatório apenas

Location, facilities, actives, and staff were all great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating responding to our needs. Most European hotels have a central air conditioning system and one has to be content with the set temperature. This hotel has individual AC units and one can decide on the temperature. Everything was clean.

Rooms are dated but spacious and comfortable. I guess one is paying for the excellent location. Meal plans are average. Meals include a wide variety to choose from, but I like my meal hot/warm. The bacon was like leather and at room temperature.

NEVER AGAIN

The staff in the reception was doing whatever they could to solve the problem finding a room.

80% of the rooms was facing the water even if it was from the side of the building and therefore they wanted to charge 25 € pr. night. They didn't have a room for 2 night's so we changed our next stay and only stayed for one night. The hotel is noisy and the food included in the stay is for humans. We got a key to the room 24.00 but we arrived at 21.00. The hotel claimed that the pictures on Booking.com was wrong, but in the end we got a room that was as the pictures.

For one night we rested and slept well.

Location on the beach is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Lack of staff at the bar, very little entertainment and not a huge amount of choice at the buffet dinner. Dinner was also served from 2030 which is quite late when you have children.

Pay for the vip package if you want to be treated as a 4 star customer.

Reception staff exceptional. Also the cleaners, all very pleasant.

Room was dated. Shower went from freezing to scalding hot then back to freezing before settling at a constant temperature. The food in the restaurant was very basic, definitely not 4 star. Very little choice and luke warm. Queuing to pay for the sunbeds in the morning was not a pleasant experience. Overall, not a great experience.

My short break hotel?

Beach .great.

Food.a bit naff and samey. I feel conned.some things closed and it seemed you had to pay .pay for everything.On the up side the car parking and water in the canteen was free.But it is a beach sea and sun holiday only.Take your own lounger as the hotels loungers go fast @ a 1€ a day hire.I personally do like buffet mealtimes stampeed every one in a free for all,The front desk is not manned all the time so if you have a query you may have a bit of a wait.The spa,every time I went It was full of very loud beat music and disabled teenagers.It appears we choose the time of the season to visit.but everyone deserves a holiday don,t they. One more comment. The bidet in my was no firmly fixed to the floor in my bano the maintance tried to fix it ,with a sqeeze of mastic,but to no avail it still.moved about if you tried to use it .Whole hotel seemed cry out for make over refurb.Just my opinion.

Fabulous views and right on beach

Food was appalling. Cold and no choice. Dried up or greasy reheated food left to go cold. Never had anything like it before when staying in an hotel. Breakfast was boiled eggs with salad and toast

Relaxing weekend in April

I don't understand the people who wrote bad reviews on this hotel. We enjoyed it a lot. We visited the hotel in April, all facilities were available and food was good. I had a very relaxing mud therapy.

Hotel excellent, food appalling!

Service, staff, and facilities were very good.

Considering there were 2 settings for meals, and a very large dining area, the choice of food was derisory. It is listed as a 4 star hotel. But there were only 3 main meal choices for the evening meal. 1. A round slice of pork which tasted as if it had come out of a tin and re-heated. 2. A chicken leg!!!! 3. A fish choice which was covered in batter or breadcrumbs and looked revolting. The deserts were of the same standard.... Apart from the normal, fresh fruit, jelly and ice cream, the other choice was a very small tart, of custard with a slice of apple on it. And to be honest, the breakfast was well below what one would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing.

Nice person at the reception desk.

The spa was supposed to be included in the higher rate that I paid, and was only available for one of the four days I paid for. I had to pay for the safe. Parking was also not included in the room rate. Food was mediocre. Mass tourism at its worst.

Location on the beach; very nice service in the restaurant and in the bars, very good espresso.

Key-cards didn´t work repeatedly and long queue in reception; to get a sunbed (3€) you have to stay twice in queue at the beach bar.
