Super friendly staff and a lovely room overlooking the mountains. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is situated in an exellent location and easy to find. All the staff were very friendly and the guy on reception upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable ,the bedding was very good and the heating worked. The bar prices were reasonable ,the evening meal was tasty and the buffet breakfast had a good and varied choice of both hot and cold food.we will be back.
All was good

amazing and friendly staff who went out their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable, not only giving a free room upgrade but also giving so much good advice on what to do and where and how. Happy to give vegetarian options and even specially made the local dish meat free. Also very flexible with us and our slow and changing decisions around whether to stay longer due to incoming storm (we were walking the GR11 and ended up having two rest days here!) so could not recommend more.
nothing bad to say

breakfast good, staff fantastic
5.0
location, friendliness of the staff, superb breakfast
we could hear the neighbours' TV loud and clear, bathrooms windows looked a bit worn. the hotel needs some work done, but this will not stop me staying there again. Definitely a gem!

Beautiful, traditional mountain hotel, located right next to ski slopes and close to the start of many hiking routes. The super kind staff, the well equipped rooms, the views from the room, the breakfast buffet, even the picnic bag that can be ordered for a hiking day, everything was fantastic!
The building is a bit old, so the walls are thin and the wooden floors a bit noisy; but nothing that a pair of earplugs cannot solve :)

Great breakfast, amazing staff, very welcoming to our dog.
The beds were good, but not great and their was a bit of noise coming through the walls.
5.0
The staff was so helpful and so friendly. We had a lot of questions, and they were always willing to help. The restaurant was delicious as well. We ate dinner there one of the nights, and we really enjoyed the menu. We brought our two dogs, and they were so good with them, and even gave them treats when we arrived! It’s really close to some really cute towns as well.
It was really hot while we were there, so the hotel room was really hot. However, I know it’s a winter place, so having air conditioning doesn’t really make much sense.

Great location.
Flies in the dining room!

Staff very helpful. Arrived much earlier than check in time but they let us take our room anyway. Also upgraded us as noisy party coming in the evening and didnt want us to be disturbed.

All good.

Location of the hotel is amazing, 20m from chairlift. Also breakfast was pretty good for 3 star hotel and overall room and hotel looked really good for 3 star and staff was also nice and helpful.
Something is little bit outdated, especially fact that you have actual key not card was a bit weird.
2.5
The room and the views were great!
(Candanchú room)
The cleaning staff didn’t wear their masks properly.
Poor soundproofing of the hotel
